Yes. And you can still play this map on the recent patch (2.0.3), which addressed various bad bugs from the past (though not all).

Help! I've downloaded this campaign twice already. But whenever I put it in my Frozen Throne Campaign folder, it does not appear whenever I opened custom campaign in the game.

I'm assuming you mean Frozen Throne, right? Yeah, the campaign was made on 2.0+, so you need to install the game through Blizzard app. In the future please let people know which version you're on before requesting for help to avoid more confusion about game version.

Mentilara's campaigns were a reversed version of the official WC3 campaigns, where you will play as enemy factions.

You can also play BurnTheMind (reversed Prologue) and AbsorbPlague (reversed Human) campaigns.
