That's a potion. He's gonna throw the potion, but he accidentaly let some be thrown upon his arm. So his arm is turning gold.

at first it looks like its time for disco, but after watching carefully the icon looks realy nice.
Maybe remove the shiny stripes for a much clearer result.

ROFLMAO duuuuude you gave me stomachache because of laughing too hard, i gotta say it took me like 20 seconds to picture out whats going on in the icon and that comment was just perfectly timed xD
/ontopic yea once you know what the arm, the potion and the gold slipping from it are, it gets really nice.
Yet again, thats only the left part. I still have no clue what the shiny disco lightball is.
