Apheraz Lucent: Don't be offended by the grade - the icon's status is still on pending, meaning people can still see it and download it in the section.
This is an excellent idea and will sure be useful, but it needs slightly more work before I can approve it.
First of all, this gloomier version has the blur which doesn't fit with the sharp warcraft style, I strongly suggest to use a 1 pixel stroke around the rune of a color slightly whiter than the original, just to detach it a little from the background, and make it sharp and the focus of attention. The other thing that bothers me is the simplicity of the rays. At this state, they look pretty solid in both render and motion - they could go from the very bright color of the rune itself towards the dark color you've used - it would do a lot for the icon's focus of attention, and overall effect.
This is *so* close to get an approval, so I hope you'll work a little more on it soon.

Apheraz Lucent: No changes made - clearing out the icons that have been left on pending for far too long, but haven't been updated ever since. If you decide to work on this icon a little more, when you update the icon, the status will be reset to pending.
