Actually, it's 0% freehand. It's a flipped + recolor.

There is a new rule, recolored icons are now approved. I personally think it's bullshit; they should only be approved if they are well-done and useful, but apparently every single recolor is accepted, even if they hardly look any different and have no use. That means a hard-work freehand has a CHANCE of being approved, while a 5-second recolor with no use at all gets a guaranteed acceptance.
