Soz, it looks so meh... I shaded it really well but for some reason when i shrank the image all my hard working at shading went a way... I'll be sure to update this one sometime soon.

Icons aren't supposed to be shaded realistic like yours, you need to get contrast, make your shadings darker.

Iris doesn't really resemble reallity.
Its just gradiented.

That there is no blood or some thing like that makes it look more like a cartoon-Button. And if not in a cartoon, where are the eyes changed?
