Every detail is crisp and clear - I can see every detail without thinking it is overcrowded or blurry.
the message of what the icon represents, a raging screaming orc, is clearly seen.
good composition, size/proportion - effectively fills the whole surface area available (maximising the given resources wisely), the facial proportions are correct in the right places.
good use of angle - good use of diagonals, absence of horizontal lines and vertical lines, shows motion and power.
