Just wanna tell you that the server will be turned off on the 12th of march at 10 AM to 12 PM GMT+1 (you do the calculation).

And if anyone wonders about my absence it's because I have the flu and have to do a very important assignment for friday.

UPDATE: The site is up for a while while I partition a new hard drive for the server but it will be put down again in 5 minutes or so when I install the UPS.

Well, it's March and that means it's been a full month without a release. I'm happy to break the silence with good news! I've created version 2.94c to address several different areas of the game including ability updates, item changes/fixes, overall balancing, and changes to some aspects of gameplay (primarily quests). These are all among many other updates to enhance the quality of patch 2.94 which includes the recent addition of a new Death Knight.

You should find 2.94c to be very stable, but most importantly fun and enjoyable. If you have yet to check out Against the Darkness you are definitely missing out on a lot of fun, including team-based and free for all gameplay modes, 10 unique heroes with 33 completely custom abilities between them, and over 60 custom items loaded with powerful buffs and spells.

Also, don't miss out on the current AtD Points contest. Naro has just taken first place but 2nd and 3rd are still up for grabs.

We had a power outage yesterday and my dad forgot to turn on the server.

I know this sounds silly and unprofessional. I am currently shopping for a UPS to keep the server running at those times.

Recently the Starcraft II beta has finally gone live after years of delay and lack of information. Unlike last year scheduled beta which was killed due to some development problem, this is the real deal.

The initial beta feedback listed on battlenet forums seems mostly positive so hopefully we can look forward to a perfect game in the future.

Starcraft II has the potential to be a total upgrade over Warcraft III as far as custom map content goes due to its very powerful editor and more flexible engine.

Note - The editor is currently not included in the beta, current sources say it will only be included nearer the end of the beta.

I am sorry that the server has been so busy the last two days.

I don't understand what makes it so busy but I have done what I can to fix it but it is not enough. I am waiting for a friend to take a look to see if there are any performance fixes that will help us.
