      I've been checking this again

      and the on foot version doesn't seem to have glow on the scepter top. Also, the white FX of the staff gem isn't animated. All this according to the model viewer at least.
      Also, because the attack animation includes fire FX using frost or other projectile types might not be valid if you don't edit the model to remove the FX.

        It isn't supposed to be animated. I didn't want to make the effects on the staff so I added just a plain glow.
