Will I could the thing is that it would save me time to develop the map, and would also like someone who knows there way around resources to add additional things they think would be useful for making RPG maps or remove if not that useful. Perhaps it could be hosted on the hive in some forum for others use.

Yeah, but really you should learn to do it yourself since right now it mostly just sounds like you want to get someone to do the job for you.

Well, take a look at existing RPG maps and get inspiration from them.
From there, you gotta learn basic map making and triggering that's not exclusive for just RPG maps.

Here is an old map I made a loooong time ago (~11 years), you can take a look at how I did the triggers for it.
It's not without its flaws, but at least you'll get an idea on how to do things.
