I think that the slow works now. I replaced it with the Frost Arrows but the damage over time is gone (sry Dennis).
I also changed a few other things.

Added many commands to buttons on Fuckoff- and Admintower (TD)

Switched spell of Slow Poison (I know it's strange but it should work)

Finally I was able to delete the users who didn't visit for 1 month. Here's the list.
