Optimize the model by calculating extents and removing unused keyframes. Also you can merge geosets that use the same materials. Review accepted by Footman16
Nice church, mate! I have a few suggestions:
1. How does Stand 2 differ from Stand?
2. You could make the church tilt a bit as it falls in death sequence and have some dust in addition to the fire
3. In Birth sequence the shape of the base (building process) does not match the shape of the church. You could make the birth animation more unique, and in stages
4. Make the church invisible in decay. It is underground but still visible
5. In Death sequence it goes up again - you missed a closing keyframe in translation? Make the closing keyframe the same as the last.

thanks for feedback, I did't polish it enough, but I wanted to post it anyway, end resoult was good enough for me
