Unsung Legends

"Unsung Legends is an open, single player RPG set in the warcraft universe, 1 year after the merger of Ner'zhul and Arthas. You choose from many races and journey through the world, doing hundreds (literally, there are hundreds) of quests, and shaping the future of the world.

Unsung Legends follows a unique storyline quite different from WoW, currently we are almost done the first demo which contains from western Lordaeron to Gilneas and 4 playable races (scourge, forsaken, human, and forest troll), over 25 maps to travel to, and tons of quests. Currently we are looking for terrainers and skinners to help us, but anyone is welcome to help, give us feedback and post. So drop by the forums."

On another note, the Gothic the Gathering forum has been removed because of inactivity.

Some of you might wonder why no icons received Director's Award. Well, the function hasn't been implemented yet. And until VGSatomi has the time to do it (so, no need to hurry Veggie ) I have started a thread in which I added the best icons of this site. If you have any comments or suggestions (about icons that should be posted there) PM me, I might have missed some.

I've added new rules for the models section in the models forum. All models not following these guidelines will be deleted starting now. They can be found at http://wc3sear.ch/viewtopic.php?p=85139#85139.

I am starting to crack down on all of the bad geomerges out there, along with enforcing poly limits and some technical rules like animation- and skin-less models, models that only work in Wc3viewer, etc. thats a short summary, check out the rules for in-depth coverage, and expect frequent updates.

Yes, I have updated the rules for the spells section to make requests system better. Lately I've been wondering about the fact that some people may request either icons or spells that break the rules. Maybe somebody simply wants an object editor modified spell. So I came with a solution.

You are now allowed to post special request maps (they way you will add them on the site is the same, nothing has changed). It's just the fact that now, you can post maps which are no longer so restrained by rules, but after a week, you will have to delete them. Still better than nothing. I chose a week because the period is long enough so that the user who requested the spell can get the map. Before posting such maps, make sure you carefully read the Rules.

For icons I still won't allow you to post request icons on the site, like you are allowed for spells. This system is still an experiment but if it proves to be efficient I will implement it for icons too. However, if it doesn't, I will remove it.

In the case of the icons section, screenshot/recolored icons for normal blizzard units/buildings (it has neither a custom skin or model and that skin/model is on the site) are no longer allowed. That will mean b-bye for some of the icons submitted. Now to make some time to delete them.

I decided to get rid of the Integramod thing since I was getting annoyed of all those mods that was of no use.
So what do you think about the site now?
