Checkout the random icon thingy on the right side :shock:

A resource now needs at least 5 votes to show the rating on the list. All Resources with 4 votes or less show up as "not rated".
So voting 1 time a resource a 5 wont put you up to top position anymore 8)

The Rating system has been improved.
You now dont need an aditional popup window to rate a resource.
And its possible now to rate Tools as well.

All sections in Compact mode now have proper links (no javascript anymore)
so right-click or shift-click on the resources work well.
And all resources got a tooltip in compact mode. If you move your mouse over a resource it displays the full name
