We've been having some nice plot going on.

IC:
As the group finally entered the Elven district, they could all feel the entity's hated power surge from within.
It appeared to be coming from the center of the district, from the great Gateway Library.

 

[Grey Nightmare]

Meyla shuddered as she entered the district, the atmosphere seemed to dip. The air seemed thicker and something - the entity? - now seemed to beckon.
"I don't like this at all" she murmered, having returned to a much calmer state.

 

[Phoonix]

"me neither, but it is not like we have a choice after coming this far is it?" he said and kept walking, towards the entity.

OOC: my last post for today, BTW drag. will we be meeting merchants any time soon and how do we pay in this Dark realm? same currency as normal Rafia? and i assume as in the first RP we have to collect money ourselves first?

OOC: Well, i am currently working on a big gameplay addition that will actually require a second RP thread.
I were/am planning to introduce some trading when i apply it.

It's gonna be big, and will involve your charecters co-existing in two planes at a time.
But it is going to be awesome. Believe me.

Amnora recovered from her fit of pain, and relied on Rulaan to stand. Rulaan still protested, quivering almost uncontrollably, causing Amnora to stumble as she paced herself to the remainder of the group. The earlier spectacle had flown over her, she did not care for such otherworldly politics. No, her main worry was the massive ache that surged through her mind. As she stood next to Meyla, she sighed, and gazed upon Ashen. She did not flinch - she did not have the composure to. Her mind distracted her as if it had been torn in half and sewn back up. She slowly pulled the cowl over her head, shadowing her face from the world, and contemplated her role in all of this. Her father had been given such immense arcane power and he turned into something beyond a monster. Would her fate be the same? Would she become so warped and distorted by this reality, that she would do evil in the Mortal Plane? Would she not only destroy her father, but also his empire? Such thoughts caused her head to ache even more, and so she cleared her mind.

"This will certainly be quite entertaining, don't you think?" She asked Meyla, who she suspected had recovered from her earlier disdain after receiving her portion of the Entity.

OOC: Two? So our same characters in another plane? Nice.

OOC: Very nice.

Meyla started at Amnora's voice, but visibly relaxed when she turned to see the other woman.
"If nothing else" she agreed, shakily, flapping her wings subconsciously - she was nervous, very nervous.

OOC: Hmm Wow, I even faint infront of everyone and NO ONE notices me...I even asked "who are you" not too long ago and i only get an answer from Allagrem... I feel as if i'm not wanted =(
EDIT: I read even more and they just Walk away from me? =(((((

OOC: It wasnt very obvious that you fainted IN FRONT of them.
I honestly thought that it happened out of their sight.

the last post i read from you you walked away from the group. :S

OOC: Meh. Maybe i were just tired, idunno, but it didnt seem clear.

Anyways, no one is going to turn around and find you now.
Stuff like this happens when the plot has been rolling like an indiana jones style rock, and someone comes on later than the others.
The others arent going to come back and carry you with them even if you remind them that you are lying there, so you should figure out a way to join them again.

OOC: My only question i'm asking myself is should i make it for just minutes, hours, or maybe even just seconds? I will make him wake up right about...

IC: Zeyn woke up startled with small ringing noises in his head, unknowing of where he was, in a few seconds he was oriented again with his surroundings and saw the others walking away in the distance, he got up and ran towards them and caught up. Once caught up he asked "Again, I ask who are you all?"

 

[The World Is Flat]

Ashen's hauting gase caught the mans eye, it glinted as he turned away again. it was a few seconds later before he responded. "Ashen Bartimaeus Lucfier."

 

[OrangeAngel]

"Nice to meet you Ashen Bartimaeus Lucfier, i'll call you Ashen, my name is Zeyn Praq Britlu, Please just call me Zeyn."

 

[Wolfe]

Amnora looked the man over, her head hanging low, examining the strange duo of daggers at his side. She sensed that they, too, could think. She blandly smirked and responded to his introduction, "I am Amnora."

 

[Fussiler1]

''Eh?'' he mumbled to himself, looking at Ashen. ''Lucfier?''
After he pronounced it he merely chuckled before he looked at Zeyn again, quickly examining him. Seemed a bit of a normal guy to him..
''Llywyinon's the name, but Llyw will suffice.'' was his final answer.

 

[Grey Nightmare]

''Meyla, just... Meyla'' the faerie added with a curt nod, blatantly anxious to screw the formalities and press on.

 

[Dragonson]

IC:
While they were talking the group had arrived at the entrance to Gateway Library.
The door was open, but for some reason they could see only darkness when they looked through it.

OOC:
Please only use the color chat when it's in your charecter's mind Orange.
I use colored speech to indicate power or certain moods, and i would like to keep it that way.

If you want to color your speech, you gotta' earn it.
Grey managed to do that for his charecter just before the end of the first Rafia RP.

OOC: lets assume i to introduced to you Orange.

IC: Mex waked up to the library door, yet he could see nothing. it was all Dark a freaky overwhelming darkness. "so this is the entity's power?" he shivered. "This is way beyond what i expected."

"Nice to meet you all!"
Zeyn looked towards the library and only saw darkness.
"What's up with that place?" Zeyn asked. At the same exact time the daggers mimicked what he said in an annoying voice inside of his head.
"Shut up you two!" Zeyn said hoping no one heard it.

OOC: Ohh Phoonix u ninja poster =P

OOC: Oh my freaking god! You are all... ARGH! WHy does the interesting stuff happen when I am away? -.-

IC: Calliope looked at Zeyn, but remained quiet as she was still mad at him for running away and leaving her there. However Ashen troubled her. Not only she felt that the darkness is consuming him. Not even the darkness of the Entity. Something of his own design was destroying him. And she felt pity to him. People are now avoiding him. He is new to it. She faced it her entire life. She quietly walked up to Ashen and stood behind him. Whatever he's up to, she's on his side.

 

[Phoonix]

IC: Mex stepped back from the library entrance and turns around so he faces the group "'Shall we go, to were the entity is?"

 

[The World Is Flat]

Ashen walked inside.

"Yes, I come from a long line." He commented (earlier.)

 

[Dragonson]

OOC: Eh, flat? not to spoil your epicness, but the door is open.
What i said earlier was that none of the charecters could see what lay behind it 'cause of an apparently magical darkness.

Mex watched as Ashen walked into the darkness, and he followed.

 

[Dragonson]

As Ashen passed through the darkness, it vanished, and everyone could see through the door.
Behind it, they did not find the famous halls of Gateway Library, but a great, round room with gray walls.
In the middle of this room stood a gigantic statue portraying a minotaur wielding a long spear.

 

[Phoonix]

OOC: lol Ninja xD

IC: Mex surprised that the darkness suddenly disappeared felt a feeling of uneasiness come over him. He cautiously walked into the round room ready to draw his blade when needed. he walked towards the statue and examined it.

 

[Fussiler1]

Llyw growled and ran after Mex, jumping into the unknown, the darkness. As he walked through it, it immediatly cleared... maybe not because of him, but he didn't really care that much if it was because of him. However, in a shock, he stopped as he suddenly spotted the minotaur statue, and he carefully walked closer to it, examining it with caution, for what if it would suddenly spring alive? It seemed crazy, but this world was crazy..

Ashen stared at it blankly.

"Where is our quarry?"

 

[Dragonson]

As they entered the room, remarkably little happened.
It was almost like they heard a faint wind blow, but nothing apart from that.

 

[Grey Nightmare]

"Why is it that those without wings, never look up?" Meyla called as she jumped into the air and began skirting the edge of the room, convinced the Minotaur statue, was exactly that.

 

[Phoonix]

Mex stepped away from the statue and started examining the wall.

 

[Dragonson]

Around the edges of the room Meyla found several traces of what appeared to be crystal, but apart from that the roof and higher parts of the room were just like the lower ones.

 

[The World Is Flat]

Ashen walked up to th statue and rapped the spearpoint with his fist.

 

[Dragonson]

The faint wind blew again, but apart from that everything was silent.

 

[The World Is Flat]

He tried to examine the statue, looking around at it, and at the floor.

 

[Phoonix]

"what is this place? the entity's power came from here yet... there is nothing." he once again looked around to room and let his hands slide over the walls to see if there was anything, a switch maybe a hidden door or anything.

 

[Grey Nightmare]

"Just some remnants of a crystalline material up here..." Meyla mused, crumbling some of the brittle substance between her fingers.

 

[OrangeAngel]

"I dont like this place, something seems just, wrong... I can feel it in my gut."
Zeyn grips his daggers but doesnt bring them out.
"Owowowo! Boss that hurts!" The daggers complained.
"Fine you two, I'll stop... if it hurts that much you wimps, what if it comes time for an actual battle what then?"
The daggers remained silent. And Zeyn stops gripping the daggers so hard but keeps his hands on them at all times.
"So what are we doing here again?" Zeyn asks

 

[Grey Nightmare]

Meyla nodded to herself.
She agreed with the psychotic knife handler, something wasn't right here, she smiled, when was it ever?
She dropped suddenly, before coming to hover right in front of the minotaur statue and resting a gauntleted hand on it's spear, she tried to pull at it, unsure if it would come loose.

"What are you doing?" Zeyn asked.
Zeyn was watching Meyla closely making sure she doesnt try to hurt herself.

OOC: A "psychotic knife handler" Is that what u think Zeyn is? Well you hit that spot on =P

 

[Grey Nightmare]

"See-e-eeing if this! Spear c--oo-mes looo-se!" Meyla gasped, straining with the effort, her wings buzzing wildly, all but invisible to the onlooker.

 

[OrangeAngel]

"It doesnt look like the spear comes loose, let me try to pull it." Zeyn offers.
Zeyn tries to pull the spear loose.

 

[Wolfe]

Amnora was overwhelmed with speculation. As her comrades explored, she gazed deep into the eyes of the minotaur. There was something wrong. Rulaan even sensed it, her enchanted soulblade radiated with an intense blue. She raised her staff to the crystalline substance and let one loose, grabbing it and examining it closely.

 

[Dragonson]

Suddenly, both Amnora and Ashen noticed a strange preassure plate-like object below the Minotaur's spear.
And at that moment Meyla slowly made the spear move...

 

[Wolfe]

Amnora's eyes widened as the spear budged. She watched the statue intensely, and finally called out to the faerie warrioress. "Release it!"

 

[Grey Nightmare]

Meyla did as she was told, kicking off the statue and landing beside Amnora.
"What's...?" she began.

 

[Dragonson]

The spear was very close from leaving the preassure plate, but it still held it down.

 

[Wolfe]

Amnora came close to the spear and knelt known beside it, attempting to yank the pressure plate from its place and render the spear free. Perhaps it had answers...

 

[Dragonson]

Amnora found out that the preassure plate was quite mounted to the statue.
