Rafia: Trials of the Sixth Plane

...yes.
Well, kinda. Planesedge is a sub plane created by Scardrake (the green dragonpriest) combining the properties of the Upper Plane (The Citadel, Plane of Order) and the Lower Plane (The Whirlpool of Creation, Plane of Chaos).

So, technically Planesedge Arena is on a shattered cliff floating in the sky, connected by giant chains, while at the same time it is both underwater and mounted in stone.
When standing in the Arena itself you see around you a whirling chaos surrounding the establishment, but the buildings themselves are firm and built in whitewashed stone with countless decorations.
The Arena was originally part of the Bladebringer (AKA Bladetitan) empire (Yes, they are creatures from Rafia. I named my sig shop after them, not the other way around.) before they adapted their Titan forms and started wandering the diffirent planes to aid the gods in their wars. ( And now i wont reveal more lore on that subject).
When the arena was finally found by Niahcluc it served as the Blackwind Lords' headquarter for some time.
