''Yes...?'' he asked her, waiting for her to say something. He frowned as he waited.. though, Llyw still wondered what she was going to say. He doubted that it was very important, most likely a mere comment.. still, he waited patiently for her to say something, not having anything better to do right now.

Adinhina finally caught up with the others who had pursued the strange figure.
"I tell every party I'm with this," he said, breathing heavily, "but when your legs are half the length of the others you're with you get left behind pretty quick. What happened?"

''He's gone.'' was the reaction of Llyw, who suddenly was awoken from a trance he was in, thinking constantly of the man that had blasted him away. He still had no clue how the man had done that.. perhaps he would meet him again or find out later. Nonetheless, he had more pressing manners now.
''Besides, I think I got showed pretty clear that he doesn't want to be found.''

Noises bellowed from different places amongst the masses, mainly near those who she had identified as assassins. Voices swelled and finally, a noise raptured the boisterousness. Then, almost amusingly, one of the assassins had landed near the feet of the others. She smirked, but behind this smirk was nothing malicious or gross, but relief. No assassin of any kind would cause such pandemonium. Especially with full knowledge of their targets potential and awareness.

Amnora allowed her cowl to fall back and watched the group with curiosity. If they were not assassins, then why did they stand out so profusely to her? Why were they grouped? Why were they so different? Such questions buzzed about her brain like a hive of bees in spring. Without such worries, Amnora could freely enjoy her stay at The Black Tower. She gazed at a strip of makeshift stalls to the side of the swarming masses. These stalls were manned by two children who couldn't have been older than thirteen, and a wizened hawker who stood jaggedly on a series of crates in front of the stalls. His crisp, masculine voice ripped through the air as he called on passing folk to taste some of the spiced or salted meats lining the stores or buy a quick late-morning snack. Amnora smiled at the man, who met her gaze, and met her with a responsive smile. She had noticed that the man only had one functioning eye, as the other was missing an iris. It was like staring deep into nothingness. Another feature that she observed was his smile - it too was lifeless and gray. Only a few days back, such a smile would radiate with color. Now, it was as if she was in a new world.

"... a new world."

As the thought crossed her mind, she began to put the pieces together. The fake undertone of this plane, its dull nature and the lifeless masses were all parts of something bigger than even she. But how, or why, is she in this new world? Did her senses deceive her a few days back, and had an assassin of the north casted her into such an illusion? Much was to be determined, and it all began with them. She walked away from the stall and approached the group, almost as if she was running, and addressed them in a tone of complete and utter seriousness.

"Where am I?"

Ashen ran as fast as he could, for some reason pursuing this hooded person that he did not know.
But he had no actual idea of where he was running, and why, for he had lost all traces of the Hooded Person.

Suddenly a man clad in plate armour appeared out of the masses, and Ashen bumped straight into him.
His head was covered by a helmet, and his face was no how to be seen.
Silently, he whispered: I warn you, child. Leave us be, or there will be no mercy.

Llyw had turned around and looked at the woman in surprise. Ah.. he was even more surprised that he hadn't spotted her earlier, having absolutely no idea where she came from. Though, the only thing he was sure about was that she was a woman, and she was one of them. He chuckled. So paranoid these days, was he..? Nonetheless, he examined her in a curious look, and suddenly seemed to get lost in her blue eyes, blue eyes. He quickly shook it off and finished looking at her. With a grin, he spread his arms into the air and started speaking;

''This, my lady, is the Black Tower, in the plane of silence! Very enjoyable, I can speak of experience.'' he finished in satire, before finally lowering his arms and asking her one thing.

''Who are you?''

Amnora glared at the man intensely, processing every word he said. Then, he said a collection of words that puzzled her, yet intrigued her at the same time.

"... plane of silence."

She would not usually divulge her name to strangers, but felt that in such circumstances, her usual secrecy would serve no purpose. "I am Lady Amnora, and you are?" She responded with her voice trailing off as she asked him his name.

Suddenly, everyone felt a great burst of the entity's power coming from the elven district, and it was almost like a dark scream could be heard.
And then, everyone felt something approaching.
It was not like them, or not even like the other people they had met.
It was like the silent masses, but just one step further into the complete lacking of soul and thoughts.
But it was approaching at high speed.

The halfbreed on the roof, suddenly got hit by the wave of something dark and mighty. She felt sick and almost fell down. Quickly taking herself in control, she returned into balance and looked towards the part of this strange city, from where she felt the sudden explosion of energy coming.

''L--'' he said, not finishing his sentence as he suddenly felt the surge of power flow through him. Frowning he lay his hand on his soulblade, ready to unsheath it any time.. maybe he was just acting paranoid, but he was never too sure. Maybe they would die. Possibly, though, it'd be hard to kill a whole group..

''I'll be damned.''

Then, they all saw it.
Running towards them on four legs was a beast looking like a wolf, but with purple fur and brightly glowing eyes.
From it's mouth drooled a black substance that dissolved when it touched the ground.
And it was running fast, very fast.

Llyw frowned and he quickly jumped aside before the wolf even got close, whilst wondering what the black liquid was that seemed to burn everything away into nothingness. He drew his soulblade and waited for the wolf to come.. not that he could do anything else. He could, of course, simply run, but the wolf would catch him. Damn, he hated this.

The wolf approaches at immense speed, and jumps into the air as it approaches the group.
It moves through the air in a perfect arc, gliding towards Mex.
It lunges at him with it's left paw...

DM: Defence Check: Roll (1d6 +2 for Dexterity): 4. (6)
...but Mex blocks the hit with his sword and knocks the wolf back.
It lands on it's feet, and growls fiercely.
Four more wolves come out of the masses, running to join their kin.

Llyw suddenly saw an opening and he ran forward, swinging his soulblade at the wolf, trying to pierce his sword into the flesh of the animal.. Though, he disliked this way of fighting. It was too brutal, too obvious. Alas, these wolves were not humans and could thus not be fighted on the way he wanted to.. Nonetheless, he still tried to pierce his sword into the flesh of the animal.

When Avi heard panting and running paws, it allready got her excited, and she rushed to gain distance from whatever was coming.
She had pulled her hood back from her dark hair, when she turned to see it. The unsettling beast evoked in her a dashing mixture of disgust and fascination. What an ugly creature, she thought, and wondered what ill fate had given those looks to it.
She sweared by herself that she'd have brought the black crossbow, had she only spent less time staring at her food that day. With petty regret she drew and resorted to her present - the mirror-bladed soul dagger with bloody red dots on the blade.

OOC: Whoa ^^ well this post came late I see, but I'm back from a slow day of lousy public transport and stuff.

Mex takes his sword whit both hands and swings it high up into the air, he then lets out a roar and send out a black air slash towards one of the wolves (like his soulblades power)

Amnora stopped. In the distance, a beast came toward the group with otherworldly speed. She was not in the mood to battle, not after her last confrontation in the Mortal Plane. She stepped out of the way, hoping one of the incoming beasts would not catch her scent, and held on to Rulaan protectively. If battle was necessary in this desolation, then she would do everything in her power to come out as the victor. She stood there, watching her apparent "allies", observing the mannerisms of these hellions and the prowess exhibited by her acquaintance, Llyw.

OOC: Just in case anyone wonders how i generate the rolls, i use Virtual Dice.
I do NOT make them up myself. The rules say not to be a Douche you know.
So shut up and enjoy your initial battle luck. :p

The wolves came closer and closer, and the heroes launched their initial attacks.
@Mex
DM: Soulblade Ability: Roll (1d6 +3 for Strength): 6. (9)
Rolling Crit Chart: 1. Extreme Success.
Mex roared as he lunged out at the air, sending a massive wave of energy at one of the wolves.
The wolf is taken by surprise and has no chance of evading, and is blown high up into the air as the blast hits.

DM: Crit Bonus: +2 Strength for Mex.

@Avi
DM: Ranged Attack: Roll (1d6 +2 for Dexterity): 6. (8)
Rolling Crit Chart: 6. ÜBARPWN!
As Avi prepares to throw her dagger, it is almost like she suddenly knows exactly where to hit the wolf in order to produce maximum damage.
The throws it, and it hit's that specefic spot straight on.
The wolf dies immediately, but the dagger isn't done yet.
It flies straight through the wolf, and hits the next one in the exact same spot, also instantly killing it.
The dagger then dissolves and returns to Avi.

DM: Crit Bonus: +3 Dexterity to Aviley.

The last remaining wolf stops up and looks around for it's companions.
Not finding them, it howls loudly towards the skies.
And from the masses, five more wolves appear.

Llyw frowned as he watched the whole spectacle with medium interest. He had done his share of the fight, he thought, and for a moment he rubbed his eyes as he sweared he saw the dagger kill two wolves.. of course, he was surprised at first but then simply agreed with himself that it happened, waiting for another opportunity to strike at a wolf... he was also rather surprised when he noticed the use of the powers of the soulblade, but he merely shrugged.

Amnora watched as the lupine onslaught continued. Her eyes were fixated on one in particular, who had apparently also met her gaze. The beast's eyes pierced into hers, but to no avail. She was a vanguard - stalwart and unconquerable. The wolf was bold. It began its hasty approach, and the practiced sorceress did nothing more than coldly smirk. Her eyes faded into nothing but pure white as the runes on her soulblade ignited with glee.

As the wolf approached, Amnora's face became cold like stone, and white like morning snow. As she drew her breath, and exhaled, a thick cloud of condensed air left her mouth. A force seemed to be brewing from within.

Upon the assumption that the beasts aren't too bright, Avi attempts to taunt the nearest beasts, while shouting: "Watch out! Slippery ground!"
Then when she believes to have drawn enough attention, she grunts and topples over the fruit stand, filling an area near her with difficult terrain of lemons, citrons, apples, pears, figs, dates, pomegrenates, and a couple of melons. She crosses her fingers that none of her companions will slip in her trap.

OOC: @Dragonson, since you've not described any specific side features like this, I hope it's okay that I do this. You're the DM, but I thought that after I've allready mentioned standing next to a fruit stand, you'd have warned me if it wasn't okay. I can see I'm taking some freedom, so I'll try not to do this another time without relying on your exact descriptions alone.

Amnora's gaze met with the beast, locked in hatred. The wolf was brave, as his onslaught grew with more momentum as he approached. The sorceress began to invoke the powers of the arcane, causing the runes on her soulblade to ignite with glee. Her powers were made manifest in the form of frost, slowly creeping around her hand and arm and solidifying to form a spear of sorts. It glistened in the desolation of the Sixth Plane. As the wolf approached, she arched back and launched the lance, instantly materializing another from her hands.

(OC: I'm going to be gone for a few days, sorry. v.v Dragon, if the situation calls upon it, you may control Amnora. ^.^)

I will try to begin posting again.

Mex swings his sword at the closest wolf...
DM: Roll (1d6 +4 for Strength): 1. (5) Critical Failure!
But misses completely. The wolf jumps at him and manages to throw him to the ground.
It then jumps a few metres away and waits for one of the other wolves to join the battle.

@Ashen
OOC: Eh, no matter how much i like nice posts like that, i have to ask you to describe exactly what you are doing.
If you are firing a spell or something at one of the wolves, describe what you wish to do.
If you're just charging up for an even greater attack, say it please.

@Avi
OOC: Nah, that's cool. :) You were standing around in a marketplace, so it's a realistic assumption that the's a fruit stand somewhere close.

IC: Two of the charging wolves are taken by surprise by the rolling fruit, and they allmost simultaneously trip and fall right on their noses.
A faint laughter is heard from somewhere nearby.

@Amnora
OOC: alright wolfe. :)

IC:
DM: Spell Check: Roll (1d6 +3 for Will): 5. (8)
Amnora's lance of ice pierces into the wolf's skull, and it instantly dissolves into nothingness.

As Llyw sees Mex fall down to the ground he charged forward, swinging his soulblade with most of his strength at the wolf. Even though his other compagnions were coming -- He could see that -- he hoped that it would scare the others away. Nonetheless, he could not have the man fall. And thus, Llyw tried to hit the wolf.

Llyw strikes the wolf in the side and it tumbles backwards, soon after dissolving into nothing.
But then three more wolves appear out of the masses, and they are running straight for Mex and Llyw.
