Map Information
It's a Minigame with the Objective of kill the Infected Villagers or the Zombies.

Arthas can enlist the Alliance Troops from the Barracks or Arcane Sanctum and upgrade them with the Research Center, or recruit some Mercenaries to start the Culling.

Changelog

  • Added Raider (He has Ensnare and Chaos Form) - Insane AI won't recruit him.
  • Added a Defensive Aura on Base: Research Center has Movement Slow Aura by 60% into 500 AOE.
  • New Guardians: In the middle, there are 2 groups of 3 Swordsmen. They will drop a Scroll of Restoration and Crown of Kings.
  • New Guardians: In the center of the Arcane Towers, there is a group of 2 Chaplains and 1 Hydromancer, he will drop a random Item Aura.
  • New Event: Mal'ganis apparation won't replace the Militias to Ghouls. Now the Stratholme Guards will drop their Items and defend themselves against the Scourge.
  • Now the Captain has a Improved Defend.
  • Added a Minimap Icon for the Town Halls.
  • Replaced the Siege Engines with Cannon Towers.
  • Replaced the Skeleton Mages with Skeleton Archers.
  • Increased the Life Regeneration Aura from the Research Center from 1% to 5%.

  • Increased the Resources (Gold and Lumber) from 30-15-10 to 36-18-12.
  • Increased the Population from 17-16-15 to 22-21-20.
  • Duplicated the Stocks fromthe Mercenaries.
  • Summons Items no longer have Charges.

  • Increased the Timer of Mal'Ganis Apparition from 240 to 300 seconds.
  • Decreased the Necrotic Plague Duration of Mal'Ganis from (3/30) to (2.5/5).

  • Decreased the Duration of Animate Dead from 1200 to 40.
  • Increased the Skeletons Amount of the Book from 6 to 10.
  • Decreased the CD of Resurrection from (15/10) to (10/5).
  • Decreased the Mana Cost of Resurrection from (75/50) to (50/0).
  • Decreased the Intervals of Rain of Fire from 1 to 0.5.
  • Increased the Militia Amount from 6 to 9.
  • Increased the Hit Points of Town Hall from 1500 to 1950.
  • Decreased the Armor of Town Hall from 10 to 8.
  • Increased the Armor of Arcane Tower from 5 to 8.
  • Increased the Hit Points of Arcane Tower from 500 to 650.
  • Decreased the Damage of Arcane Tower from 20 to 8-10.
  • Changed the Attack Type of Arcane Tower from Magic to Piercing.
  • Returned the Damage Bonus of Feedback from the Arcane Tower.
  • Increased the Armor of Abominations from 5 to 8.
  • Decreased the Spell Damage Reduction of Abominations from 50% to 0%.
  • Fixed Bug with Insane AI and the Chaos Form.
  • Added Tauren, Spirit Walker and Mountain Giants. (Insane AI won't recruit Taurens and Mountain Giants)
  • When the Timer expires, Arthas will receive a random Summon Item. (Increases its Charges by 1 for each unused Player)
  • Units killed by the Scourge Army will turn to Animate Deads. (Except Summons, Mud Golems and Mountain Giants)
  • Added Chaos Form to Grunts in Tier-3 Upgrades.
  • Increased the Food Capacity from (14/13/12) to (18/17/16).
  • Leavers will drop his Items to the Position of Research Center.
  • Increased the Timer of Mal'Ganis Apparition from 210 to 240 seconds.

  • Increased the Fortified Armor of City Buildings from 0 to 5.

  • Increased the Attack Rate of Siege Engines from 2.00 to 1.50.
  • Fixed the Hotkeys Conflicts with the Spells.
  • Removed the Goal Configuration. Now it will set the Culling Goal to 70.
  • Added a New Configuration. Allowing to recruit the units from the Orcs and Night Elves.
  • Rework the Tooltips from the Research Center.
  • Added 2 Guard Towers to protect the Town Hall.
  • Town Halls are Invulnerable until the Guard Towers are destroyed.
  • Replaced the Barricades for Stone Walls with Siege Engines.

It was a quick fun little map. took me less than 10 mins to complete the map and I liked that the AI worked.
was pretty cool that mal'ganis appeared. the enemy AI tried to kill him but they died so fast XD. other than that I didn't notice bugs, its a pretty cool map and I like that you can hire mercs. good job!

I GIVE IT A 4/5 :wthumbsup:

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.

But the original idea was to respect the parameters of The Culling, like the default Arthas (with little Reworks in his Spells) and the availables units from the mission. I didn't put the Scourge/Malganis in the opposite Team because they have a little disadvantage for the use of Soul Preservation to score for the Undead Team.

You could leave the status quo as the default game mode and make the undead vs human a playable mode to choose.
I wasn't thinking of undead having Soul Preservation though, just using the default Dreadlord abilities could work. And if you'd want more heroes, then there's plenty of abilities to go with.
 
Casually doing war crimes tournament

Looking forward to play this for my humble channel, it looks quite fun and simple to understand!
Will update my review slightly after.
Played 2 rounds and I can say that it's hilariously weird: committing war crime tournament of which Arthas' team kills innocent folks faster than others, heh.
Gameplay is pretty solid and quick to understand. AI allies sometimes ignored everything and rushed back to their bases, allowing me to win.
Maybe you've fixed it already in the newest version, dunno.

If you loved The Culling mission in terms of speedrunning or go-go-fast mentality, this map is for you.
