OOC: Allright! I posted the Brenrok Bulletin Board in the second post.
It will contain all kindsof usefull information of Brenrok, so i advice you to check it every once in a while. :)
ALSO, Here's your soulblade Gray:
Viper
Viper is a rapier.
A nice, sturdy and very sharp rapier.
It seems to have no special abilities, but when Lucien uses it it is like his hand is being guided. (+1 to all attack rolls.)

IC:
One of the city guards noticed Lucien.
They had been off their posts to listen to the new lord's speech.
"Oy! You there! State your buisness!"

OOC: I just be in talongate for a while.

IC: Huntico was in Brenrok just to relax as he only brought 2,000 of his coins. "Where do I find a good tavern?" He walked up and own to find a good tavern.

Taiion, setting up an office, as no full on, in his management of the the fort. He quicky accepted and assigned the building of the windmill, the barracks, and the general store to a large group of peasants, on the wage of an extra loaf of bread and vegtables to all involved, on top of their ordianry rations. He also send a reply letter to the trader, saying that they would gladly accept shipments and a trad route would be be happily accepted. the library project was already supposedly underway. Later that day, Taiion took a long walk to survey the fort, the happenings and the status of the projects. He also checked up on Niahcluc, before stopping in at the inn, and spotting Huntico.

OOC: i'd liek to know the status of thing pleaz.

Niahcluc had started to train the militia.
It wasn't really a good force, since there were a lot of internal problems and the lack of discipline and training.
However, it was like a ruby that had to be polished, and the men showed a lot of potentional.

@Lucien
The guard stood down, apparently not wanting to start a fight.

@Taiion
The letter was sent, and construction on the new buildings were started soon after.
The status of the fort was pretty good.
The inhabitants of Brenrok had made sure to keep the walls up and repaired, though they didn't really have money or coordination enough to keep the rest of the city in good state.
Most of the buildings were small, and some of them were close to being ruins.

DM: +10 to City Wealth.

@Niahcluc
DM: Training: Roll (1d6 +4 for Unknown Bonus): 4 (8).
The training went really well.
Niahcluc were good at inspiring the soldiers, and his words made them push themselves to the limit.

DM: +6 to City Strength.

OOC: Also guys, i'm adding some "City Stats" on the bulletin board.

Lucien couldn't help but look smug, it wasn't everyday someone backed down from him. He wandered around the town for a bit, observing all the heavy construction taking place. He queried one of the local's about it who muttered something about new management. Deciding he could do with nothing better than a drink, Lucien paced down the street until he found and entered a friendly looking tavern.

"That would make sense, I guess...", admitted Lucien.
He scanned the room, a frown appeared on his face as his eyes rested on a hooded figure, hunched over some paperwork, it stared at the parchment with it's glowing, blood red eyes.
"Who is that fellow? He doesn't look like your ordinary citizen to me.... sorry, I do apologise... here (hands the barkeep some coins), I'll have a drink and something to eat, if possible".

"So it's true..." muttered Lucien has he swigged some beer and picked at the chicken with a fork. "Perhaps I should introduce myself, if I'm staying here for a while? Anyway thank you for your hospitality".

Lucien put down the half empty plate and glass before purposely making his way over to the hooded figure, Taiion. "May I have the honour of presenting myself, mi-lord?", he asked cautiously, hand once again dropping to the hilt of Viper.

The opening of a door, diverted his attention, a man had just strode in, a jolly smile on his face.

Lucien almost dropped his ale as yet another man flew through the tavern door, he was middle aged and Lucien could of sworn his skin had a slightly red hue, the man looked pretty frantic and began scribbling note after note in some leather bound lodgers upon the table he had approached.

"Not him..." Lucien muttered to himself, going back to his ale and signalling the barkeep for another.

"I would direct you to the barkeep of the bulliten board. but, if you may be useful to me in a way the townsfolk cannot, then sit. He when back to his notes and papers for a moment, making some last minute scribbles. "there..." he muttered. It was a decree, ordering all unemoplyed townspeople to start beautifying the cit, to the tune of a gold piece a day, and the appropriate rations. he also ordered 20 more people o join the militia, and 3 people to appretice under the resident mages, 5 people to renovate the church, and 15 more people to join the farmers as laborers, all wth appropriate benifits...

He took a sip of the beer.
''Meh, I'm used to better, but it's good, eh?'' he responded, grinning.
He looked around the room and spotted Taiion, talking with the stranger.
Maybe it wasn't a stranger but an inhabitant of the town.
Not like he knew all of 'em by face.
He examined the two, curious.

Zarator finished his work, and went over to Taiion, ignoring the man talking to him. He dropped a half finished letter on the table. The letter was saying
"Dear trade master.
I have a request if you stumble upon some blueprints for any chapel or watering systems I wold be more the happy to buy them of you.
I wold also be interested in books.
From Zarator"
after drooping it he went to the barkeeper "one light one please."
