Pyramid head, i fully intend to make my model 'curvy' and 'twisted' and in doing so it will look 'angry' but that will be in the animations. you don't see the footman standing crouched with his sword and shield infront of him, battle ready when he doesn't have animations, why should you see my elemental twisted and curvy without animations? anyway, progress for me will be slowing down now and thats bad, not much time left and i still gotta animate rig and texture the maces.

Nice stuff. Looks as if it would be really high-poly, what with all the edges on the blades, but hey, its a WIP.

Yeah, I know, "oMfg SUxZors UnDeaD cRap!" It looks crappy, the textures are what sucks worst. It's supposed to be an Element of Fear, therefore quite scary.
This model is scary for its bad quality.
By the way, I'm adding particles and effects, and fixing this sucky skin so it will get scary in a better way than that.

It's a bit high-poly, but at least it's not ridiculously high-poly.

466 triangles is all that is used. I gota figure out how to add particles, and right now I am rigging it... D: I have everything but the hands and feet left.

EDIT: Fully rigged, and WIP stand anim up.

It's nice. And of course you need to make more parts move, like the hands and feet. With the feet you should put them on an angle, but don't make it move around.

Quit your fucking whining. Just fucking drop out if you think it's so damn shitty. Nobody will give you pity, because you deserve none. If you do not like your model, make it better and quit saying.... Boo hoo my model sucks feel bad for me. Ask for criticism in areas that you think are poor than just bashing your own model for fucks sake.

I am sick of every other post, there's a whiney comment from you saying how shitty your model is. The model looks just fine, but your texture isn't that great. The tentacles look fine, but your whole body is monotone. Define muscles our something, or make it some sort of animated texture. And a different color chose would be in order IMO.

I'm not dropping out. I'm not posting in hope of pity. I am constantly making my model better. If I posted my model here, it's because I surely want criticism, but I know already some things that aren't good on it.

Oh, Thank you, I will try to make it better. The problem is that animated textures for all its body will be way too big in filesize. What is the maximum filesize considered still 'alright' ?
 
I've some new wips.

I decided to create its texture instead of using IG ones.

Here are screens of the current mesh, and the current texture. I know the texture looks weird and using a lot of filters, but there's nothing like this: just using layers. It's 512x512, but it will be resized. Red part are TC.

I'm building the skeleton right now.

If I add shading, the model will look shitty and plastic.

I like the unshaded effect I added, because it keeps the radioactive effect on the texture.
And if you look at the original Firelord and the Water Elemental, they are unshaded as well.

And I have to notify, the radioactive texture part is animated. I'll might add a gif of that later.
