Just you don't need to set the unit height in the model anim it's don't in the object editor.

it says the choice is up to us as long as its flying, so if you have a good idea, just go with it.

the chest, pelvis and some part of hands and legs are from harpy everything else is mine

Yes, I made it out of nothing. There are parts in dragons that just look similar. The details, texture and animations will look entirely different though.

Wrong. If you have a creative idea, it can literrally blow away any competition. Regardless of quality (unless it looks really really really awful)

Dude this is hive, not wc3c. Quality doesn't matter, as long you have a good screenshot and a lol factor.

I don't think it is so high... only 1936 polys with the armor. Something around 1000 without the armor, but don't even think of try asking me to remove it. Your computers are strong, they will manage.
