Home Planet: Ferras, Universe Unraveled
Controlled Planets: New Ferras, A world of trees that move. Choas, The volcanic world of the Dark Gems.
Life Span: 1000 years
Govenrment: Monarchy
Leader:Alex of Choas or Alex of New Ferras
Description: Humans that were cloned from the first Soul Master.
Other/History: They were Once at war with the dark humans, humans of that universe. But after the start of end, they found the gem. It had the power to open a rift in the vials of the multiverse. They escaped the end of their universe, but the gem was lost in this universe.

At the arrival of the Soul Masters on the forest plant of Gondor. The trees helped them survive in this universe. They learned to hide and move like the animals. They renamed the planet New Ferras, in honor of the trees. They use magic of the gems to move from place to place. Then they found a new Planet that had the dark gems. They named it Chaos and they race divided into two groups, Soul Masters of New Ferras and the Soul Masters of Chaos. Their war started when they splinted.

Their tech is based the Night Elfs and Corrupted Elfs. The Gems of light and dark have the power to alter reality in primal form. The Soul Masters of New Ferras are the friendly side and love company. The Soul Master of Chaos are hostile and love to kill and other Evil Stuff. The Dark Gems have the ability of Corruption of the Soul.

...Then...what are they doing in this RP? Where interplanetary travel, ships, and etc...are pretty much a requirement.

Also, no magic. You could get away with Stargate Ancient like powers and such, and maybe some subtle religious sorts of connotations, but not blatant magic, or miracle pulling.

History of the Gems
The Ancient race of Frolis. The race that spawned The Holis and Other Races of that side of the universe. Created the gems of Power. The Gems were imbued with the power of creation and protection. But a few made the dark gem, that was imbued with the power of Destruction. The gems were hidden for the game of war is known. Their near godly tech, that has the power to alter reality itself. But all gems have a source of power. The Grand Gem was made and hidden on the planet of Gondor. The it brother The Corrupted Great Gem was Hidden on chaos.

absolutely unnaproved -.- I don't need you corrupting my people and leaders with magic. -.- Besides, whos to say I would be unneffected? As Elenai said, no magic. You need ships, science, and interplanetary travel. I rather like the concept of the Holis. THEY were a great concept (but you had them get sucked into a black hole.... >_>)

Now, as a requirement, you basically have to include sciencfe in everything. How does it work? If your people have a power (like mine have basic telekinesis (they can float around if they really feel like it, though the use of it has declined considerably with the advance of technology) or enhanced senses) then you need to find a way of describing how even that works (Subtle fluctuations in the enviroment. subtle flux in the physical gravity in a direction on their body, thus allowing them to appear to have the ability of telekinesis) So basically, you have to leave absolutely no holes to be questioned and unanswered

The Laminari use something akin to Eldar psyker powers/Ancient's (mostly ancients, just eldar like for the telekinesis and their AI)

It is unoriginal, and quite frankly...rather over powered. "Imbued with Creation, and Destruction" is also rather cheesy...

After 500 centuries of a prison the Bloodisa began the war march. They now conquered 4 galaxies, and head for more.

They tech is ether Conquered or scavenged. The virus is blood borne. The Virus gives the ability to unlock powers of the mind. Meaning Telepaths, Telekinetics, and other brain powers were unlocked. But to use it means you will be a weakened a bit and it turns to an addiction.

No Laminari please...we can't get virus' (we live in hidden ships, and highly contained camps on relatively abandoned, or seemingly so, planets).

As for convicts...we don't exile them to planets where other convicts would be. If a Laminari has commited a crime to such an extent that they have to be kicked out...we'd probably just go ahead and execute them. Since that would be a high crime against such a close knit caravan that is almost family.

And...isn't there only one galaxy in this RP?

Well...considering that was thousands of years ago, and back when we were rather violent, and ruthless...we probably killed them.

Think: Pre-Christian Rome --> Christian Rome. That is how the Laminari have become.

So... they infect the populace of the prison planet with a virus that makes them even deadlier?!?! What was going through THEIR heads?!?! Why not just infect them with nanobots that self-destruct if they leave the planet? (unless the subject is released from prison and the nanobots deactivated)

The Planet had powerful dangers on it and to insure safety and protection the virus's second job was to unlock the mental abilities of all. But the failsafe of it is that it cause weakness and addiction to using that power.
And need some one's secondary planet to attack? Whos Up

Exactly the reason that Laminari criminals are usually killed. They can be pretty freakin deadly when they succumb to the old darkness.

Hmm... if dishonor is done on our planet, for example, someone was killed outside of a duel, someone used a ranged weapon in a duel, someone sabotages the machinery etcetera, they would be banned from the planet, in other words... they'd be jettisoned out into space into the direction of the closest star, the person inside the capsule would probably suffocate before they hit the star though... Honor is very valuable on our planet. Also possession of a ranged weapon will get your weapon destroyed, and you'll be put into a re-education program, teaching you what is honorable about melee weapons, and dishonorable about ranged weaponry =3

SOL I really don't like the idea of 4 galaxies. The size of a galaxy is astronomical and for one single race under a single government to control 4 galaxies including billions of planets is kinda hard to believe.

well, they never made the Chozo :3 We escaped the rest of the raging Chozo in another galaxy (too chaotic, so we left to find santuarary on a new planet to call home. I can justify it with ease :3)

Lawl, my race was created by there own god known as the Ner'Gulth, there culture belives that there god helped create life, though there god was the one who created the chaotic side of it. Ner'Gulth has two meanings in my races language. One it means shadow. Two it means Shadow God. But Shadow God is mostly spelt Ner'Gulthic.

So... what do you do if one of my ships, lets say my flagship (a juggernaught, loaded with ranged weapons), enters your territory for first-ish contact? Do you want us the uninstall every beam cannon, laser turret, missile launcher, and railgun on the ship? Exactly what is protocol on that situation? >:3

lol why would you waste the money and technology of an AI (Artificial "Intelligence") on a weapon? for example, a missile? What happens if it decides it doens't feel like blowing up the enemy and turns around? It comes after you, you try to shoot it down, and it evades the weapons fire? You'd be screwed then. lol also, I'll need to know where everyone is, and what they are. I got lost in reading the many many pages. Sadly, I only know where var's race is.

And just so you know, my main ship, the Neptune Super Destroyer is about 12 kilometers long. http://i87.servimg.com/u/f87/13/97/94/42/neptun11.jpg It has about 1 or 2 million crewman on board. and if you are planning on boarding any of my ships, you are going to want an enviromental suit. the heat would kill you. Remember, they come from a volcanic planet. They evolved there. XD and they keep their ships nice and hot. A human wouldn't last a minute in one ofthose ships. ll not to mention that their atmosphere is a mixture of dioxide, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen fluoride. All hazardous gases for any race, except them. Their lungs are able to filter out the atmosphere and exhale hydrogen floride. Their ships filter this back into the air to keep the balance in the atmosphere. Their planet actually has it's own kin of plants that does the same, and acts like plants with carbon dioxide. XD I think you'll have fun with my ships. also, remember that the gases my ships use for the shields (behind the energy reflecting shield) actually corrodes metals. So even if a missile or bomb were to go in, it would still be affective. however, whoever has the melee ships might be at a disadvantage. XD

.......... Ships the size of half planets? crewed by only 1/2 million people? I doubt I like that, as in, I decline on that!

Further, if you haven't noticed yet, we don't use missiles... we only use melee weapons, and the AI's in the weapons could be seen as the soul of the weapon, just like the Samurai thought their weapons had souls, further, the weapon then, could help you on tactical areas, it cannot controll itself, but it will be able to see in normal light, infrared light and ultra violet light, and hear several more frequencies more than a Koldir can.
