Here are my thoughts about your map.
-The map is not symmetrical, it's a melee map and you may want to give all the players equal chance to resources, camps and more.
-Again it's a melee map and no other creep(Cenarius) should be placed cause it's no really gonna make the map balanced.
-There are lots of choke points and given that the map isn't symmetrical this could cause some major troubles for an unlucky player.
-There are some items that are not really necessary for the gameplay.
-Some of the terrains are just really tight and yeah they can lead a team to an easy ambush.
-There are lots of gaps between the treewall, units like wisps may hide there or scout an enemy players base which is bad.
Those are just my thought and happy modding!
