Also this map is really Hard so be prepared if you manage to complete this without cheats youre a chad

do you like my map? i spend so many time on ittime to zug zug i guess i will let you know what i think as soon as possible ok i go zug zug now wish me luck comrades.
i mean i will technically make updates for this mapok so i finished it i guess at first i had 5 heroes so i went "well lets just scout out" and i found the blue undead you named them after the same orcs like blue are the scouts , brown are the warriors etc funny touch but i dont think naming purple warlocks makes any sense since the undead have no warlocks change name plz.
then i tried again but this time no rush my strategy was spam red dragons since the undead took a while to attack at first i actually thought they never attack unless provoked so i didnt make any army lol i got whooped pretty hard , so i tried again without rushing i found it a lot more fun when you dont rush as the undead have enough time to grow their army also rushing bugs the enemy AI they kept passing in my base to save blue and it was dumb as heck i just sniped them lol.
the third try idea was simple go clubers and necrolytes pretty easy right? well no at one point the undead go all in and strike from all directions i save up money for clubbers and spam nercolytes i realize that using them to use tentacles is better than raise dead since they got no upgrades so i build walls and walls of tentacles lol , "chieftain we have learned this ancient method of summoning tentacle monsters" "hmmmm lets try them build me a wall of them" (5 minutes later) "chief the undead are scared of our tentacle wall" "my plan worked perfectly" thats literally how it went then the those few dead who dared to enter the tentacle wall got slapped to death with an army of clubbers and level 5-6 heroes i clap the warriors first gets an expansion.
now with expansion its grunts time there is near endless gold so i get 4 barracks and just overwhelm everyone else with full upgraded grunts for some reason the dead never upgraded their troops save for creature attack 1 (fiends got 1 attack upgrade) their heroes were pretty weak and lacked items honestly this is a criticism of the map there is a severe lack of items.
i like what u did by removing the ice trolls and making their huts burn a little story telling i guess , and what about the 4 burning ziggurats? they give you nothing when you destroy them i suggest putting some items into them.
i guess the AI used here is melee AI right?
overall a fun map i like this simple pattern of "aftermath of a story mission" u planning to do more? although u could need some polishing of few spells like the war priest summon says "akama" and also the fire upgrade for dragons need a vodoo lounge how the heck can i get one? troll berserkers have a weird animation when they attack for a moment a javelin appears i just recommend using the berserker model we have its cool enough and more warcraft 2 like.....wouldnt hurt to add ogre voicelines from wc2 to ogre clubbers.
also are the orcs spiderman now? the temple of the damned looks spidey as heck lol , i gotta say what you get is pretty broken but i dont mind it cuz u are up against 5 undead bases.
final note is there no victory ? i killed everything in the map but never got a victory screen why? also why reveal the demon gate? sad it doesnt do anything when you reach it.

like i know now how to change sounds with custom sounds so i gave the temple of the damned building the sound effect from wc2 you now that "BLURRRSZORAK TŁORAK" idk its sounds like this to me
also maybe new units like death knights and spearmans to make it more wc2 but i know death knights would be like the necrolytes
also i will maybe rename the "Undead Warlocks" into idk "Undead Portal Guardians" or "Undead Necromancers"

and can u add something like a opening cutscene? the map doesnt have to be story focused just few lines of dialogue would make it a bit more engaging

lol you forgot to change the thrown object for troll berserkers its still axes despite them carrying javelins.

alright nvm no need for cutscenes just some dialogue at the start would do better than being dropped suddenly into the game like that.

There is no introduction, no chat text, no cinematics, no quests. No basics that could point me in a direction and tell me what the goal of the mission is, I need to intuite that. And what I figured is, that I gotta kill all the undead around me.
The undead are just melee AI and there's a lot of them. It creates a really difficult campaign that's not tuned very well cause a 1v5 is not fun simply cause it's just not fair especially since all the AI is allied to each other and behaves as melee AI, that means it has none of the campaign AI setting restrictions.
There is no end state. There are no additional quests. You just fight AI, kill it if you can and then quit the map which is an incredibly shallow experience. I'm essentially playing a melee map with a few extra heroes and a few swapped models.
You should take some time and look at the tutorials ppl have sent you, they are not that difficult msot of them have around 10 steps at most and learn triggers. They're not that difficult, once you make one you can make most of them. Create quests and chat messages to guide ppl on what they're supposed to do. Also I'd remove the melee AI and make established undead camps with a trigger based behaviour. Please put in an end state for your map as well.
The marketplace is useless, you can jsut sell items there but I see no reason why you would do that and even if you were, just use the goblin shop.
There are some lore things as well - Jubei'thos is not from Blackrock he's a member of the Burning Blade clan. The Blackrock Mountain is not in Alterac it's in the Blasted Lands near Stormwind.
There is an issue with mdoel scales, some custom models are enormous in comparison with the rest of the build. In object editor there is a thing called model scale which actually determines how big a unit or building appears on the screen, use it.
Connected to the models you forgot to change your portraits, so when I click on the warlock building it's still a Spirit Lodge in the bottom little window. This is a common issue cause of a Blizzard msitake but can be changed in the object editor.
Some of the tooltips need a combover, they're badly structured.
The hero ability composition seems kind of strange? There's a guy who has holy light healing but also summons demons?
I do like the terrain. You managed to recreate the look of based Wc3 pretty faithfully I'd say so thumbs up to that. I also like the detail that the trolls are forest trolls and that there are dragon gliders, that's all very accurate considering these are like remnants of the Dark Horde.
There's potential here but it needs work. Don't be afraid of looking at a simple tutorial of how to make a trigger and learn it yourself step by step, you will be a better mapmaker for it and you can elevate this to a standard of a decent Warcraft 3 campaign mission.

Always remember to credit used material, even triggers.But you bring up a great avanue of learning actually, there's tons of unprotected maps with triggers already built in, you can open them and see how they are composed and if you are struggling with a complicated trigger you could even copy them directly.

i mean sometimes i make mistakes but dont worry maybe in future upgrades i fix some stuffSO i finished the map again and i have to say im pretty let down.....do you even playtest the map? the market still offers no items....
the war priest uses the same voice as the alchemist which is weird plz revert him to the old far seer voice its more fitting.
the alchemist abolish magic and acid bomb share the same key plz change
the new alterac faction has the gold mine as a part of their faction therefore they are unkillable.....
i like the demon gate pretty cool tho.
slowly but surely you can make this map feel very well polished just adding a questline and few more stuff would do.
u kinda inspired me maybe to make maps similar to this but instead of the story missions i make the aftermath of a melee game i played
so far one im thinking of is a map called devil cauldron where u play as fel orcs in beating the crap out of the humans (the faction i played as in the melee game) i like this sort of simple map stuff no tons of lore to read or tons of info just simple straight to the point keep up the work so we bring this map to a much better state

You can insert any text in, don't bother with quests that get completed or count kills or whatever. Just get down to the basics first - Just make a quest that tells the player what to do.

yeah its clear that the base was undead base and you took it i feel like more can be done with these 4 ziggurats like drop a healing or mana potion once destroyed or some low level item that can be quite cool its ok take your time dissect the complicated stuff slowly and you will surely get there.i mean sometimes i make mistakes but dont worry maybe in future upgrades i fix some stuff

Alterac Goldmine: so i accidently made the goldmine belong to alterac computer on ACCIDENT but i will fix it on 1.3
Broken Ziggurats: so the Ziggurats are here in your base its because there Represent that an Undead Base was here and the orcs have destroyed it
No Main Quests or Optional Quests: just idk how to make quests i know theres a Noob tutorial but theres also an complicated thing in that noob tutorial because there are triggers for like when you kill like an Murloc or just destroy an base and thats just complicated idk

Triggers look good! This is a huge step up! After a few more you'll do most of them intuatively on your ownOk i did it Heres what i got but it maybe a bit buggy feel free to see the triggers
welp heres something about the alteraci baseok so i tried a bit of 1.3 and like its better cuz of the blue dragon roost HOWEVER i tried a new strat raider and ogre magi and LMAO.
RUNES are broken as heck they cost no mana , their hotkey doesnt work for some reason and they just 1 shot everything i suggest using the goblin landmine model as its much more close to runes in wc2 , same for eye of killrog there is a model for it here somewhere maybe use that instead of the out of place wisp.
so nerf runes , and also ogre mound has same hotkey as war mill.....
oh and are pig farms supposed to not be effected by fortified defense?
a little lore thing the desc says help the blackrocks retake the blackrock mountain in alterac well thats just not true as alterac is far from blackrock MT since this is where the blackrocks in lordaeorn lived you replace it with just "help them retake alterac mountains from the undead" or something more lore friendly.

I think the most reasonable thing to do is make a thread in Map Development instead and use that as your dev thread where you post beta versions of the map, as many ppl here (including me) do

Don't be difficult, you've been told repeatedly why your low effort spam posts in Map Development got deleted. This has been explained to you multiple times, please don't misrepresent the staff or your own actions. You are more than welcome to post in map development as long as it isn't spam or low effort however map development shouldn't be used for maps/projects that have been released; that is what the maps comment thread is for.maybe ill do something with that but it will took sometime because when i am trying to post something on the Map Development forum my post i posted just gets deleted by mods because haha seba is ugly so he cant post development updates!. yeah something like that
It doesn't have to be perfect, but the problem is you didn't try to improve it in another aspects. As I've said, adding some cinematics would get my rating to 3 alone.Fyar and Resyak.

You did not try to make cinematics. There's tons of tutorials on youtube and on this site as well. You should try, you can do it.and heres the problem i cant make cinematics i can just make stupid quests that doesent work like what it should be
