Melee Master 0.4.10

Melee Master - Team Survival map based on the combat from Melee. Uses elements of Decision Making and Tactics. To win, you need to overcome a certain number of rounds without losing the Tower.

During the match you will have to choose your hero, and by controlling them, defeat enemies who want to destroy your tower. To win, you can receive items, hire new units, and improve them. Obelisks will periodically appear on the battlefield and require you to carry out their instructions, if completed, you will receive additional rewards. The match ends with your tower destroyed, but how long can you hold out?




How to play?
  • Choose one of three heroes to choose from.
  • Start the fight.
  • Defeat your enemies.
  • Receive your choice of one of three rewards.
  • Periodically complete obelisk tasks for additional rewards.
  • Win boss waves for additional rewards and challenges.
  • Don't let your Tower be destroyed.
  • Round number 15 is considered a victory, but that won't stop you, will it?

  • Units and balance of Melee battles, with minor adjustments.
  • Intense battles that test your micro management potential.
  • Interesting combinations of squads you can put together.
  • Situations that you can remember for a long time.
  • And much more!

  • Number of players: 1-9.
  • Map works in both: Classic and Reforged.
  • Play time: 20+ minutes.

Very cool map. Simple yet effective game play. I guess if I were to critic it, is maybe it would be cooler if there was more to it. We all made it past round 15 on our first try. Then you make it to the finger of death round and the game is essentially over lol
Anyways Ill be looking forward to your updates and potential addition of more depth to the game!

The Siege Engine has two Barrage abilities. Maybe some icon and name differentiation?

Overall, a really nice use of regular material.

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.
