and about the share of the hyperlink, It would be wise to read the rules of poll before that.
(as example a common rule is that you cant invite your friends to vote for your entry).

Yeah, that would kinda be in the unfair department. Didn't mean to, anyway. Just some neutral media is what came to mind.

Yes. The map file seems to be kept separate from the description, and has a separate update time.
