STORY & DESCRIPTION
This campaign follows Jarod Shadowsong during the Invasion of Ashenvale in the alternate Warcraft 3 timeline.
Part 1 is comprised of 10 playable maps and 6 cinematic maps (with full AI voice acting).
Recommended patch: 1.29.2 - 1.31.1 (Doesn't support Reforged)

Chapter 2: Furbolg Chieftain needs cheese - found in the northwest corner
Chapter 6: Alchemist Marshana in the northeast around your initial base (requires Eye of Insight/Bow to see her) needs a gold coin to join you - can be found in a crate in the southern caves
Chapter 8: Recruiting the two Marines in the southern part requires Wirt's Leg and Wirt's Other Leg. The former is in a crate near Supreme Death's base and an abandoned Barracks, the latter is near a Chimaera statue along with another empty crate and Keg of Ale.
Chapter 9: Silverwing Armor sidequest requires you to rotate view frequently and look carefully, the rest requires killing Space Eliminator, Thrones and a certain Book Pedestal.
Chapter 10: Bruar needs Keg of Ale to join you - found in Chapter 8

The furbolg allies hunt the neutral hostile. Should use a fixed version of the corrupted ancients since the original ones don't have proper attack animations. Finishing chapter 3 didn't throw me out in the custom campaign menu like the others but...

What an amazing creation!
1. These videos are done from earlier versions without proper translation. Thanks to them, the current version uploaded here can have all dialogues matched.
2. Thanks on behalf of the author! This style may have reminded you of Garithos' Campaign (Warseeker's one).
 
The map are not connected, when you are done with the current map, it brings you back to the campaign menu
and the first mission kinda overwhelming at the start. with army or goblins, orcs and trolls attacking at the same time, they even have air units.

and well, the enemies are overwhelming at the start of the level, I guess the map dev is a masochist

unplayable for me, even in story mode
See the recommended patch. I don't translate 1.32+ campaigns as Reforged is bound to break many things.
As for other issues... it's not possible to reduce the difficulty at the moment as this campaign's difficulty is originally for Chinese players. But it'll be revised after Part 2 is completed, see the details at Permission from author.
Image 1: It can be fixed, this also happens in original file as well.
Image 2: After all you only need to kill Perseus so... it's a matter of quickly building armies and attack him with everything you've got.
I will upload the version with temporary bugfixes if enough bugs are encountered, and forward to the author for future versions.

Rain's (and some other Valkyries') select-box is huge (and inconsistent, it seems). Quite often, when I click on any building or unit in like 200 range radius around her, it will select her, too.

IMHO it is a bit awkward that when you get new hero, they are always level 1. That does not make much sense, when your other heroes are already over 10. (But you level them quickly, so it does not matter, I suppose.)

DIFFICULTY:
I don't mind challenging campaigns, but sometimes it is just too much. At the beginning of chapter 6, the undead attack with like 150 food worth of army (including 5-6 10 level heroes), they immediatelly faceroll orc in the first two minutes of the game. In the next two minutes, they do the same to me. This huge attack wave comes too soon. At best you have like 50 food army with barely any upgrades. No chance vs. 150 food.

After several attempts I managed to survive the first 5-10 mins, then it gets easier when you already have some more army. Nevertheless, it's random, sometimes you get 150 food attack wave in the first few minutes, sometimes you don't.

Same issue in chapter 8. Immediatelly from the beginning you get attacked from 3 sides with two sides sending like 3x bigger army than you have at this point. Not to mention they send the next wave like immediatelly after you defeat the previous one. While I am enjoying this campaign, the difficulty balance at the beginning of some base-building chapters really sucks.

Aaaaand then there's chapter 8 final boss. It's impossible. I put all the best items on Rain, even bought invul potion, but the boss was still over 90% HP when I died. Either there is some sort of trick I have not discovered, or the difficulty is ridiculously excessive here. I just whosyourdaddy'd this bitch. EDIT: maybe the problem is I have not regained Rain of Fire skill (to wipe out the mobs) - I scoured the entire map multiple times though, so idk how I missed it; maybe some sort of bug?

The portrait of the Furbolg Shaman doesn't look like a Furbolg. Besides having some translation errors, I liked the difficulty, though frustrating, I didn't find it unfair, and I'm really enjoying the campaign.
Please check the previous comment by the author. Recommended patches are 1.29.2-1.30.4. Reforged is quite unstable and prone to various bugs.
 
I’m on chapter 5 and I’ll be very honest, the difficulty of this campaign is completely diabolical, The terrain is acceptable, although it doesn’t really match the Warcraft style, since all the maps I’ve played so far are rewritten versions of existing maps, just expanded or modified, Even so, there is a lot of content, and that’s a fact, The heroes are unique, and I really liked each one’s abilities, However, the extremely high difficulty sometimes makes me want to give up, Still, I’ll try to complete this campaign, I haven’t found any bugs except for one case: if you destroy the portal before completing the “Tutorial” mission in campaign 4, the mission won’t finish, which is frustrating.

Here is a walkthrough/guide for completing the campaign, in case it helps you.

Tips:
Chapter 5:
You can use TP to teleport units from the Watcher base into the Sentinel base and merge both forces. Then attack the Naga base on the left, and let the Watcher army take over the Naga gold mine.

Chapter 4:
You can destroy the demon portal first, but the first mission still needs to be completed — the mission that requires you to train five footmen.

Chapter 8:
Let Rain go into the wilderness first to regain flying. Before opening the boss gate, have Rain fly to the upper-right Sunwell area and wait there. After using Rain of Fire to wipe out all the small enemies, kill the Fallen Angel. After that, the boss becomes much easier to deal with.
You can use Rain’s W skill to net him, and remember to fight him while flying — Rain deals Chaos damage when attacking ground units while flying, which is very effective since the boss has Divine Armor.
Chapter 6 and Chapter 8:
There are many tomes in the forests. You can box-select them with your mouse to lock onto the tomes and give them to Rain. This will make fighting the boss much easier.

The final version of the maps will receive major changes, with many more original elements than the current version. As for the difficulty, it will be adjusted later based on more player feedback.

A nice reverse-like tie in campaign with some recycled material/maps from Warcraft III's campaigns.. The techtree is just night elf though.
Overall too reliant on the original campaign maps. Even the story is stained by them.
The difficulty is not that fun either.

You have to rescue a Mountain Giant during the sidequest and make him pick a tree so he can attack the walls and allow you to get the coin.
As for the title bug (for some reason I forgot to translate these parts), it'll be fixed in an upcoming update.
Edit: I've uploaded a small update that fixes some of the afromentioned issues.

The campaign is a bit chaotic. Let me explain: you end up controlling many large units, and the battles sometimes feel chaotic, as if you're not in control of what's happening. While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's been a different experience for me, and honestly, I've enjoyed it quite a bit :D It's not perfect, and the difficulty sometimes drops or spikes abruptly, but it's very enjoyable and interesting.

Despite its flaws and some errors, it's a work worthy of positive praise. Thanks to the original author and the translator for bringing it to us in English so that more people can understand it.
 
just completed first mission it was very easy but going into the 2d mission i lost all my items and lvls is this a game cache problem or is this intentional

It seems your game cache didn't load after finishing the first mission (especially if you don't play in recommended version) so you may have to replay it again.
 
Very nice campaign and VERY hard, good to see my heroes very powerful

6 of them are directly collectable, but 4 of them are from Space Eliminator, two Thrones and a hidden Book Pedestal.
You can watch the video for that chapter for further details, also remember to rotate your view for better seeing them hiding behind some areas.

A very creative and wellmade campaign that presents numerous new features, although some things get lost due to the difficulty, it is still playable and nothing is literally impossible. The upgrade system for both towers and units is very well designed and honestly kept me engaged, even though I haven’t finished it yet, I will definitely do so at some point. I’ve considered it a five star campaign from the start, both for its mechanics and for its lore and map design :infl_thumbs_up:
 
Have a blessed year! Let me share some thoughts, about this interesting piece of work. It was a whole new expirience, but I kindly ask you to reduce difficulty. Gameplay was insane, those players from China must real pros. I have been playing Warcraft 3 for like 15 years, but I was not able to beat this campaing xD The fist two mission were Ok, after them, I had to use cheats. So I focused on story line. I really love NE as a race and their rich lore. Adding those valkyries and their queen, tho whole valhalla and apocalypse riders, was imo too confusing and ruined the whole story. I was eager to play some real NE bad ass Jarod and friends vs demons story. Instead we got too see some cosmic level battle with angles and demons and I asked myself, if I am still in wow? :D Also in the last mission Jarod dispite being OP, had the hero attack so I had no chance to deal any real damage to Archimonde. I found only a few dragons a beasts with chaos damage, but they were gone in a few hits.

Hello everyone, my update is coming to an end.





I’ve lowered the difficulty and reworked some of the maps, trying to remove traces of the original official maps as much as possible.





After testing is complete, I will send it to the translators.

At the same time, I’m also working on the second part. It’s currently up to Chapter 3, and I expect it to be finished within a year.

Most of the books have now been made visible, so please rest assured.

My man, that's some HUGE numbers of ancient guardians you have there in your arsenal oAo!
Its a solid strategy tho because I would've done the same XD
But I usually stock up on the archer unit and build a bunch of moonwells = v = b
 
May I ask whether your old and new file names are the same? Wouldn’t that make it difficult for everyone to tell them apart?

The filename will be the same as the previous one for keeping things short. After all everyone already knows the name of this campaign anyways - and it's better for technical reasons! Also the filesize is clearly larger as well.

It's a great campaign. I like it a lot. However, it gets ridiculous late game. I'm on chapter 6: Grudges right now, and I'm being non-stop getting spammed by 4 full armies from 4 different bases. They attack with 3 heroes each, and multiple top tier units (talking about casual 4k HP units). It doesn't matter how many I kill, they just attack again with a full army the next 2 mins. I must have killed 600 units or something so far. Just stuck in a stalemate of free breeding enemy 100 cap armies from 4 enemies. It's literally impossible. I even have a full set on Jarod. He can solo one army by himself. But it doesn't matter if the enemy have Warpten cheat on and they already have the next army coming when I'm killing the one they already attacked with.

I'm gonna give it 4/5 because of the messed up gameplay balance.

Because some of our Hippogryph Riders can reach +100 attack damage, making them far stronger than the enemy units.

If you’re short on gold, you can send Rain to one of those excavation-like spots out in the wild. Break the crates there, and one of them contains a gold item that can be sold for 2500 gold.

I finished it on Normal difficulty, cuz it's impossible on Hard difficulty. I will switch back to Hard difficulty going forward and see. Hopefully the rest of the chapters aren't impossible on Hard too.

it was good overall, however allied and enemy heroes taking your items is very annoying. I had Keg of Ale stolen by a deathknight and couldn't give it to the pandaren in the last chapter...
 
I finished it on Normal difficulty, cuz it's impossible on Hard difficulty. I will switch back to Hard difficulty going forward and see. Hopefully the rest of the chapters aren't impossible on Hard too.
it's not impossible you just have to get the strategy right. you have to take the expansion ASAP, so undead come towards you and not towards horde base. you will need horde to survive so you can have a distraction. humans can't serve as a distraction because they have a portal. you also need to get 12 Anti-air archers on hippogryphs who will prioritize death knights on frost wyrms. also, make sure to upgrade E spell - meteor on Rain. that's her go to spell that can obliterate armies on level 5. also, tip for the last mission - you can use waygate at any time. you are not locked in it, like in Arthas's campaign of reign of chaos.
 
I have a problem with campaign, when i hit chapter 7, the load screen crash and send me back to deckstop. Here is the window crash i get. What should i do ?

Pretty much obvious Reforged broke imported assets even more. Try restarting the computer and see if the bug persists.

Or maybe, you could play this campaign on the recommended version the author suggested (1.29-1.31).
 
I didn't mean to use the Reforged form, the game rebooted himself without my knowing. I tried suppressing the campaign and reinstalling it again but to no avail.
