The Grand Review Exchange!

Please add Clash Royale Reforged

This game is based on the popular mobile game clash royale. Since clash royal is a pay2win game and most people don't want to invest time or money, i decided to bring this game to the warcraft platform without these features.

The game speed has been reduced and heroes and abilities have been adapted to the warcraft universe.

The gameplay is simple. Counter the enemy waves and create strong unit combinations and destroy the enemy's castle. The only resource you need to keep an eye on is mana.

Hi I'm wondering if anyone is willing to have a go at my recently updated map Legion Invasion of Turtle Rock

I would describe this map as Altered Meta not Altered Melee. This map features new tavern heroes to help diversify army compositions of the standard 4 races. The map is meant for legacy users who normally play on either 1.26 or 1.29.

For now Pitlord is replaced by Bandit Lord (str hero) and Bandit Warlock (int hero).

Outside of the tavern changes,most of the noteworthy changes have been done to undeads.

The Ritual Dagger functions like a Rejuv Potion in that it will restore both health and mana, however you must sacrifice one of your undead minions to determine the amount of HP and MP you gain.

Ghouls and Aboms get Cannibalize for free, but that skill can be improved via research at the Crypt (I am currently experimenting with the values, for now Cannibalize is weaker than their 1.31 equivalents, however this can be overcome via improvements at the crypt).

Cryptlord's bugs also received a minor buff in that the level 1 beetles can now burrow, enabling early game scouting and harass.

Windwalk's cooldown for BM has been increased by 20 seconds across all levels, as per the values of the 1.26 object editor. Playing this map with Blademaster on 1.31 will cause Windwalk to have 2 cooldowns, 1 on activation and 1 on deactivation - I have no ideea how they will stack.

Shadow Strike by Warden will also reduce the attack speed of it's target by 25%. I fealt this was necesary because the Warden is the weakest economy disruptor in the game due to the fact that Fan of Knives is capped to roughly 4 targets and has to be exposed to towers. I firmly believe Warden is a wombo combo hero harraser. You keep her separate from the army, ideally Shadowmelded, and ambush the retreating enemy hero, by opening with Shadow Strike, auto-attacks and possibly finishing the opponent off with Fan of Knives for burst damage.

Humans also have a new orb that punishes orcs and undeads from hero focusing with melee units. The Fire Orb returns 30% of damage received to melee attackers.

Bloodmage got reskined and buffed. The buff to Bloodmage is based on the fact that it can now attack any units under the effect of the Banish spell. (this was done by enabling the units secondary attack in the editor and setting the damage value to Magic)

The most negligible changes involves the fact that all Blood Elf units and the Dreadlord got reskined to fit the Wrath of the Lich King era.

The old fire orb, the one that does splash damage from humans has been reskined and made a level 3 item drop.
 
Warchaser's Rebalanced

Another version of Warchasers but harder and with better skills, its made to be more fun and less time-consuming.

I made the map play out more like an dungeon game than before.

I am wondering how is the hero balance?

Do creeps need to be harder, weaker?

Was made for Reforged graphics.
 
[Role Playing Game] - Saviors of Lordaeron

My first Serious project. Saviors of Lordaeron is an Action RPG map(Think "The Big Fellowship"), fairly easy to pick up and play with non convoluted systems. It's linear and has the goal of helping the remnants of the Alliance and the Silver Hand. Initially this entails reaching the city of Strathholme and attempting to cleanse it. Each hero is unique and play differently from the others. The game offers replayability in the amount of heroes and the builds each one of them can take.
 
My latest project: WoW Dungeons Classic 1.8

This is a multi-gamemode dungeon crawler map inspired by World of Warcraft Classic.
It's been in development for the last 3-4 months and im finally ready to release it to the wc3 community after some weeks of testing online.
Therefor I am looking for some feedback and reviews on the overall gameplay experience.

some time i just want fight Ai with 3 hero
so i make this

you can do 3 hero immediately,get the wild monster which is update many time
when hero level higher then 8/12 they normal attack will get special effect.
 
I would like to add my map to the review exchange:

A total-conversion action arena map that takes us to the quantum world of Azeroth. Mostly focused on team-based multiplayer, but also includes a single-player option.

Changeable difficutly, choosable towers & more awaits in "Exodus of the Horde TD Edition".
 
Adding my two maps to the list! First I got Rat Maze and my other map Winter Battle. Rat Maze is like Kodo Tag plus Uther Party with the addition of Rats! Rat Maze V.2.7.5
Winter Battle is a shorten altered Warcraft melee map with custom races, it also includes a Boss Battle with Santa and it has a battle royale!Winter Battle V.2.7.5

I’m looking to improve these games to their best versions!
 
Yo yo Hive people of Hive @StangtennisGuru and i would like to submit our map Realm of Kings to this beautiful endeavor of cultural exchange.

Realm of Kings is an AoS style maps with three teams battling over their kings right to be the supreme ruler of the realm. The map features loads of cool items (with an autocomplete system for recipes), and a fun and diverse set of both original characters and characters from different pop-culture.
 
Sand Storm Arena

After a year of active improvements, all intended features of the map are completed.

A PVP arena with its main goal to capture enemy flags and destroy them, taking control of 4 points in the middle of the map, while carrying the the flags. Includes mostly intelligent AI.

There are 20 heroes to choose from, all having great skills and quite distinctive gameplay. Heroes are able to mix their skills with those of other heroes, which can take the gameplay to unpredictable heights.

There are purchasable minor skills, consumables and multi-tiered armour, which can be improved by attaching gemstones.

As opposed to classic hero arenas, here you can train and upgrade units and build towers. This creates the potential of sparking a large scale battle. In addition 2 neutral naga factions participate in the fight and you can capture them to fight for you.

Teamwork is a must when playing in 2v2, 3v3 or 2v2v2. FFA is also possible with up to 4 players, it could become a hell to destroy a flag with 5 or 6 players without teams, but will surely be a fighting fun.

The map can be played on Classic and Reforged.

"buuh, not another Copy and Paste Line Tower map.." you hear them moaning.
But you may be surprised if you risk a peak at it. It's made from scratch,
here are some innovative features to it:

-Independent new set of 48 creeps, 100+ towers and 6 elements
-Big sized (4x4) ultimate element towers
-AI with Bots in three levels of difficulty (build maze, send creeps, tries to kill player via big waves)
-Smart creep teleport system (creeps don't appear in empty lanes)
-Boss creeps with own mobs (can only be spawned once and upgrade your tier permanently)
-Quick select buttons for Builder, Wisp and Creep Shrine (Hero buttons)
-Designed to run on versions below the battle.net launcher for LAN-Parties
-Smart Anti Cheat (destroys 3 Towers and moves on, also 75% cash return)
-Anti Cheat calls in Mega AC to prevent repetitive blocking
-Trigger based abilities for towers and creeps (Spells, Deathrattles, Summoning etc.)

King of War, or KoW, is a slightly different Hero Arena, as the object of the game is not just to kill, but to help your king win the war of kings.

War of Kings happen every time slot. Until then, you must develop your hero by farming, and preventing your enemies from developing theirs by killing them.

The whole game is designed to have a fast mechanic. Low spell cast cooldowns, low mana cost, and short deactivation abilities, teleports all over the map (except directly to base).

I'd like to add my map Warcraft 4 - Lost Temple here. The map is an altered melee map where I added tons of new features, heroes and units, most of which are brand new ideas that don't exist today. Here's the map link
 
Please try out my 4-for-all tower defense! I can play it with you (ideally you have a minimum of 2 players), or you can just explore it solo against the standard waves (players also send units to each other on top of the standard waves). If solo, you must be player one and type "!lives" so your missing opponents' aren't killed/the game doesn't end right away.

Global mod on the classic “Crossroads” map with the expansion of the main races and the addition of new ones from different universes. The choice of race is made through the initial town hall. At the moment there are the following races:
Alliance: High Elves (WoW), Space Marines (WH40K)
Horde: CIS(Star Wars), Galactic Empire(Star Wars),Mordor(Lotr)
Undead: Zerg(Starcraft)

The platform at the bottom of the map is used for testing units in the map editor
I'm developing the map alone, so a lot of things may seem unfinished. So this map is a hobby for me, I return to its development from time to time and introduce various changes. Now I'm trying to finalize what is already present in the playable races. If you go to the map editor you will see a huge set of units that are particles of races that I may add in the future.
I try to create units based on data from the wiki and other sources. Therefore, the sizes of units on my map are often comparable to their lore sizes

Map

This is a unique MOBA map where each hero has a teleport that instantly moves them to any allied unit, with a 10-second cooldown. At the start of the game, you choose one of eight available auras from the Knight in the center of the map. As your hero levels up, you earn Tree and Gold: Tree is spent on abilities, most of which can be upgraded infinitely, allowing you to create your own combinations and playstyle.

The Grand Review Exchange, was started in 2016 and since then we've seen tons of great work, and lots of great reviews for people's projects.

In the spirit of ensuring that the Grand Review Exchange continues, I'd like to suggest that if someone wishes their work reviewed, then they should post a review first or link a review first in their post before putting forward their own project. As I am slightly worried that this thread will devolve into a place for advertisement without paying dues to the threads original purpose.

I hope to see many more reviews, and lots of great feedback for and from the community moving forward and to keep this project going.

Greetings! I’ve just officially posted my map in the maps section and would like to join the Review group.


Until Death Cycle (UDC) is a AoS map built around a mechanic called the Death Cycle.
When lane units die they return as Skeletons in mid, and when Skeletons are killed they evolve into stronger Tier-2 units that push the side lanes.

Because of this, controlling waves and understanding the flow of the battlefield is more important than just winning hero fights. The goal of the map is to make the battlefield itself the main character, not only the heroes.
