OOC: Well, I actualy didn't pose all that aggressive, it was in another system, though you might have intercepted the message that was send to the other system)

IC: The missiles were rain-drop shaped and approached with hundreds at a time with long tails of smoke behind them. and the wormholestation started to open a wormhole.

A tentecle intercepted several. One mighty swoop of its biometal arm sent them flying back towards the planet. It continued to bat them away. The fighters had now found their targets and began to blast dozens from the space. "Stop them! They must not open it. Our continual bombardment must be crippling them. Concentrate fire! Now!" He began to reaim his ship. All guns on the ship searching out any possible weak points other ships began to do likewise leaving the fighters to battle the melee ships.

As the tentacles hit the Missiles, massive nuclear explosions occurred, about 25 megatonnes per missile (Tsar bomb, biggest made by man, had 50 megatonnes).

As the Wormholestation got hit several times, the signal of the wormhole developing, started to fluctuate "Sir, this is way too dangerous, you must stop opening the wormhole, if they damage us any further, the wormhole link will sever and a black hole might occur!" the Stations AI yelled through the chaos at the commander.

OOC: I believe nuclear weapons are set to detonate on timers considering if it was impact orientied it would possibly ceate massive damage to them operator if say the bomb was mistakenly dropped. So I'm not sure if the bomb would detonate as my tenticle hit it because they were pobably aimed at my ships so the timer set to detonate close to them.

OOC: There are safety timers until activation. In this case, it would activate after successfully leaving orbit. If they are impact triggered, then you could sideswipe them and destroy them without them going off, as only the tip (head) is impact-sensitive. the rest of the nuke is simply a casing for the chemicals, and computers inside, as well as the rocket launching them into space.

The Kentork leader Drannike enters the chamber with the elder. "Are you sure we can trust them friend?" He says as he walks limp with his staff. Drannike was very old and close to the time he sould be dead. The elder smiled. "Yes old friend, I belive we can. They will become great allies." He says as he turns the screens back on, the room lighting up with color

OOC: Well, the tendrils are flexible, right? :p So, you could knock them off course, or even send them back :p That ought to get them from launching more. :p But, with several hundred nukes (or was it around 200?) your bound to lose some ship or tendrils from the multiple impacts against the hulls. If they detonate prematurly, they could kcock eachother off, or simply result in the energy sweeping across your shields like a wave, supposing you have shields :p But a nuke to the hull would be dangerous. But, that's the reason Black Sun hulls are naturally thick, due to Planet Crackers' variation of heavy-duty weaponry. :p But, any bombs or missiles hitting Black Sun hulls may leave a hole, but it won't go all the way through said hull :p But that's a good reason for thick hulls :p

But really, turning some around, and knocking the majority off or destroying them from a hit to the side would be how I would counteract with your tehnology :p But they would think twice before launcing more as their own nukes pummel their planet (if you turned a few around :p) So, it could also start a chain of events leading to another world war or civil war :p And anti-nuke reactions :p That would also destabilize the want of protection offered by the Koldir if they fail to protect the planet. Faith shattering, society-shattering... So easy if you just turn some nukes around, and make sure the Koldir do not keep the system.

OOC:
How about I say there are several sensors that see if something is approaching fast, and explodes before it every successfully hits?)
DarkKnight, that's assuming you knew that they would be taken out from the sides. Personally, I would flee if I began taking a heavy beating from Gath. The fact that he doesn't have subspace drives means that he wouldn't be able to follow, and the fact that the subspace window closes as soon as my ship is finished entering the tunnel also doesn't allow for him to track me. XD

OOC: Well, he could slip in if he tried, but he would likely be shaken apart. :p It's like with the "nova" missile Sol used. It slipped into the subspace tunnel, butdidn't break apart from the vibrations, due to the time not being long enough. Still, it was likely a dud by the time it exited. :/ Or, it may still have been live. :/ But really, I don't want to see more of such weapons. Too much trouble to deal with, and too hard to justify a missile being able to cause a supernova. :/

No I do have a way of blowing up a sun scientifically, but... that's for later. :p Perhaps if someone wages war on me long enough, they could find out. :p

OOC: Looking at my past is a horror show because I like to play evil so much. Well I got my head clear though will. IT would take 7-10 missles for THAT effect.

OOC: I can justify the side-sensors quite simply, in wars, that only ended when the Koldir came and brought order, the most used way to counteract an incomming nuke, was by shooting a lump of metal at it from the side, or a missile, this would de-activate the missile, or even destroy it without a nuclear explosion, so they started to add sensors, which made sure they went off just before anything could hit them, to prevent it from going off in their own country or too close however, they used radio-towers, equiped with a secret beacon(?) that makes sure the missile can't blow until it's out of their reach, the Slitherines realy like their missiles btw, they're a missile people =D, and the amount of missiles? Well, about 400, as every country (about 200 on the planet) fired atleast two missiles, though they have more (see my planet as America, they've got way too many nukes...))

OOC: Imagine this, a large/massive ship approaches you, with no appearant turrets, then, hundrets of trails of smoke come from the ship, missiles!!! =D, but that's in a few decades I guess, and we're talking about the slitherine race >.> (snake-race))

OOC: Old series was whimpy. The Cylons were rather weak. New series was better, as the cylons were more impressive, the Centurions were the best, along ith their fighters. THe human-shape cylons were pathetc though. WHat kille dit was that everyone was at eachothers' throats. And then they start making Stargate Universe. That murdered it >_>

But really, why are we talking about that here? This is for RPing, not sensless chatter.

OOC: This was my last post, excluding what I had thought was comms to me and the Vultarans. So...
"Kal tor mal shak koro. Admiraldora?" One of the crewmen asked. He looked over, and spoke. "Koto kal kek." The flagship was brought about, it's main compliment of cannons now it an excellent angle to demolish the Koldir if attacked. It was evident that the Admiral did not like intrusions in a discussion. The Koldir presence only added pressure as he manuevered his ship in between the Koldir and the Vulturans. He gave the order to fire a warning shot if they passed a certain distance towards them, getting too close. The computer was running an analysis of the Vulturan language as quickly as it could, trying to get a match. With all the dialects they had found in their old galaxy, full of dead civilizations, they had gathered quite the database. Nothing had been able to come close to the language they encountered. And as the computer registered nothing to compare with, the Admiral frowned.

That's what will be used from that post. :p

The nuclear missles found them selves being wasted as hundreds of fighters take the hit instead of the larger ships. The tenticle was was fairing ok as well. It took doznes of nuclear missles to crush its shield and when they exploded it broke the tenticle apart, but each section reacted on its own and soon several smaller tenticles were blocking the nuclear missles as well also the 5 other tenticles that was on the capital ship had begun swat the fighter planes like flys and now wrecked havoc on the station. Half of the fleet that was orriginally guarding the other two's flank now went to work attacking the planet raining hot plasma bolts down on it. "Ashes! Dust! Destruction!" He began to laugh. "Death! AHAHAHA! Sweet, sweet death." He now began to talk in an strange language yelling madly into the comm link. "ZEBEBADABA! BELARKI! Xertonimo! XERTONIMO!"

The Norththro'dir had complete finished their base tasks. The systems had great protection and 4 new units were made. These were the warlords of the first robotic army. Each looking like a Norththro'dir commander. They would have an army of flesh and gears in a few weeks. "This would be the army which brings down any foe. This universe grows too weak with war. We will fight our way to the top. Send raiding parties out into space. We will fight to the last warrior." This gave a renewed sence of life to the people of the Valhalla space.

IC: Reverana was frustrated. There was no way of figuring out who these creatures were and what their purpose was. As long as they didn't understand eachother, there was no way to move forward. Then Asura spoke. the screeching heard on the other side. "Commander, I think I've found a reliable AI translation. Shall I put it through?" "Yes, go ahead." Reverana replied. "Hold on." Asura started. "The Koldir have offered their translation technology. They say they can translate the Chozo language." "Accept it and get started. Put through the first messages."

A short pause filled the air as Asura downloaded the translation database. "It's ready."
The messages began to play. “I am Reverana, Commander of the Tephra blade. What do you want?"

The Chozo message replied. "It is very nice to meet you, Reverana of the Tephra Blade. How are you?"

The message caught the part of Reverana turning to his comms officer. "Did you understand him?" it said. "Not yet." came the reply. The message continued until the screeching began. that's when Asura stopped.

"It seems acurate. Now try." reverana turned to the Chozo Admiral. "I believe the Koldir translator is working. Now, what do you want?"

IC: The Admiral seemed frustrated as well. And, noticing the sounds on the other side of the haze, he asked for a status update on the opposing ships. Normal activity, and no threatening power signitures. He turned to the haze shrouding Reverana, and attempted again. "I am the Admiral of the Black Sun Empire. This is the Chozo flagship, the BSJ Shakuras. I recall our last encounter, and the events with the Koldir empire. I doubt you or I have much to fear from them, noting our firepower." He checked with his comms officer again. He continued. "Where do you come from?" He stood, now with his his hands behind his back. His hands clenched into tight fists. This was getting old.

IC: Reverana scowled, not that you would be able to notice, hinting at their odd body structure. "I refuse to give my world's location to a new race. Especially one that could pose a threat. however, you are not here to fight. You say that we have nothing to fear from the Koldir. that is true." He smiled slightly. "In fact, i just finished beating them. they are now part of the Vultaran Empire. I ask again, Commander of the Black sun Empire, what is it you want from us?"

The Admiral noted the sudden turn to hostility in the voice, and his dimeanor reflected it. He sat down in his chair, picking up his tablet. Clicking a few buttons, he began comparing their technologies, those that he had seen in use, or had been scanned. "Subspace drives, beam weapons, shield technology, all very good technologies that we have in common. I couldn't help but notice though, your hull is alien to us. But, that is to be expected from another race." He paused, before quickly adding in, "Our databases have come up with no translation for you. So, here I am, attempting to get translations, while you likely understand us clearly, noting how our language can be compared to that of other races with minor variation. So, I do not mean to insult you in any way if you can understand us, but I, as well as my crew, have absolutely no clue what you have been saying, despite our introductions." He turned to one of the crewmen. "Status?" Normal, no odd energies outputs from either ship, though the Vultaran ship was hard to justify, being foreign beyond compare. The Koldir seemed to be content sitting there, watching, not calling for help like last time. Something was off about the scene though, and radar was checked frequently.

"Thank you for the translation records. Now, we can get down to the point." Composing himself once more, he commenced. "We have been looking for you for a while. Noting our last encounter, and the many incursions upon Black Sun territory, I have a proposition." Standing up, he couldn't hide a grin of determination, a look almost of evil intent. For he knew what he said next would likely shock and enrage the Koldir, whom he questioned their capabilities after their last encounter. "Ally me." He got straight to the point, blunt and serious.

Reverana was slightly taken aback. It wasn't common for a race to come up to another race and ask to be allies, especially if they hadn't fought eachother. Troughout Vultaran history, they had absorbed many alien species into thei empire. Some lived, some died. but through and thorugh, they got their technology. Though Reverana suspected that was not going to happen this time. "Why do you ask thi of us? What is in it for the Vultarans? and what do you expect from us?" Asura looked shocked. Never has an alien race ever offered to ally with Reverana. Though he seemed to be taking it well. Almost as if he had planned something like that.

The determine grinned returned. "Why not? We have the same technology backgrounds, as far as trans-system transportation and weapons go, and, as we have both seen from our last encounter, we are both very strong militarily. You whipped the Koldir, and I slaughtered the North'throdir that attacked without reason. If anything, an alliance would benifit both of us. Though, it would be helpful if we could see your face. Talking to a haze does not help much at all." His determination and cunningness remained. Things were finally turning out well. He figured that all this would be a slap in the face to the Koldir, who were so easily beaten in the first encounter with the Vultarans. What the Admiral didn't know, were the details or exsistance of the recent encounter.

IC: The Commander's last message played, after he had told the Chozo Admiral what it was repying to. After it finished. He came in closer to the screen so the Chozo Admiral could see him better. "I have determined that our technologies are similiar, though we have different backgrounds. I have just returned from defeating the Koldir. I was expecting them to put up more of a fight. They even launched a cannonball at us." he said amusingly. "Now, what do you expect from this alliance?" Asura had calmed down some, noting that Reverana hadn't lost his touch in negotiations, as odd as it was for a Vultaran, a race bent on annihilation of others for the technology and wealth, all because the beaten races wouldn't become part of their vast empire. The Vultarans were truly mysterious, and their technology seemed to require Vultaran DNA, or fingerprints, and lots of heat.

You missed the "m". Just clearing it up so others don't post about it >_>

IC: "What we get from it? Why, allies of course. We recently entered this galaxy and have been lacking in alliances with the other races. So, an alliance with another strong race like yourselves would be most helpful. It is my guess that your race has a heavy military history, and that is something we share in common." He did his best to ignore the disturbing skull-like face that appeared in the haze. "We have a common history of war and science, so, I do not see a reason why we cannot be allies in this cruel galaxy."

IC: "Very well. I will have to speak with my council as to how far this alliance will go. At this point, I am willing to accept. What enemies do you have? If we are going to ally, we might as well know eachother's enemies, yes? We may be able to share tactics in defeating eachothers' enemies." Reverana said.

On both sides, the half-made wormhole started to flicker even more, on the side where the Koldir planet, Chozos and Vultarians were, a man said to the commanding officer "Sir, the other side seems to have trouble creating a good link, if we do not sever the link, we might destroy this entire system" "Yes, I know that, though don't you remember last time a wormhole was forcibly closed from only one side?" "Yes sir, no-one can forget about the Kiï failure..." "Well then, how much longer, in this rate, can we keep the wormhole from collapsing?" "An hour, at max sir" "Damn, they'd better create a stable link, or they're doomed" the Commander said.

In the slitherine system, the Koldir commander once again hailed the enemy main ship, with the desperately sounding message "Please, cease your aggressions, or you'll get us all killed!"

OOC: Wait, closing a wromhole destroys systems? I would think it would only destroy the technology and the wormhole would close. Are you saying that both sides have to agree to close before they do so? If so, that's a horrible way to travel. And DarkKnight, I am out of your main system. It sounds like you want me to come and beat up Gath for you.

OOC: I have two systems Sacrid, haven't you seen the map I made? in the construction thread? And as for the wormholes, yes both sides have to agree, if it is before the wormhole link has been formed, now it's still rather unstable, becouse one of the stations is being attacked, and making wormholes on such scale can be rather dangerous, becouse it involves creating a black and white hole (though the stations aren't able to create it without first making a wormhole), so if the linking procedure is interrupted by one before the other, a black hole wil form, and it'll do what black holes do best =/)

OOC: Negative energy and a black hole, results in a tunnel, as the negetive energy (truly exists) working opposite of gravity, and thus pushes the black hole apart, but muct be kept at a massive stream of said energy, to allow safe passage for whatever ship goes through. That is the scientific explanation explained by Michio Kaku, theoretical physicist. :p No such thing as a white hole, but negetive energy is the closest you'll get. :p
