Kryn, satisfied that the boy was in good hands, wandered into the palace to look for a place to sleep. He could sleep out in the open with no problem, but just because he wasn't quite human didn't mean his human habits were gone. He slipped into the first room with a bed he found and dropped onto it, falling asleep.

OOC: Grr. Ok. I'll make up a story.

IC:
Zarion suddenly wakes up, not knowing that he's in Alentika. "Rrrghhh... What happened...?"

OOC: Lets just say that he has been holding at the Dragon's tail.

OOC: haha, that's imaginative :)

EDIT: Does SoLmaster still rp in this!? Or has his character faded out of existence :p

-> Added the below "IC" to get us rolling again, it'll help dragonson know our current positions, "hopefully". It follow's on from this... P.S sorry if I missed anyone from the party, I don't "think" I did... I also listed them all so I could express Alyssia's feelings towards each one and develop her characteristics in general.

Alyssia wasn't long, she came back to the courtyard with dripping hair and a clean face, "No food", she said apologetically to Shurg. She sat down next to the boy and asked of the group, "anything?".

IC:

When no one answered, Alyssia sighed and stared down at the boy, immediately wishing she hadn't; for his eyes met and held, her own. Just like before... She was drawn to them. It was like looking into a dark lake, staring at an object for hours on end, trying to determine what it is, there was something about them, about him - that held her attention so well.

"Urak", she breathed, her voice edged with awe.

The boy wasn't in a much different position than herself, he was young, lost and apparently a long way from home, one he was forced to flee from. A bird's mating call rang through the air, breaking the ambient silence and her focus on the boy. Looking round she saw the rest of the party in calm conversation or pacing around the courtyard, some alone, some in pairs. There were quite a few... she hadn't know any of them for any decent length of time. But had she ever known anyone, other than Hyrai? Perhaps that was why she already considered some of them friends... For most of her life, she had intentionally avoided interaction with her own people, preferring a simple life, one of solitude and self-preservation.

Shurga, the Ramorughaur. Though they had spoken very little, a bond had formed between them, she knew that. He came to her aid, several times, risking his own life for a girl he'd never met, why she had no idea. I fear I will be unable to return the favour, she thought.

Exo, the dragon-man, a bit hot-headed, but a skilled fighter none-the-less, she had never seen or heard of his kind and wasn't sure she really wanted to, he was an unknown entity, she liked him, but didn't trust him.

The mechanical man stood at the edge of the courtyard administrating repairs to his broken body, another unknown, she had no opinions on him.

Then there was Akador.. prince of the Niador, Alyssia had her doubts about him, but they were slowly fading away, he seemed nice enough. What his motives were though, she did not know.

The elven mage was missing, as was the serpent. Both had been forthcoming with aid and seemed liked they knew more than they'd ever let on, Alyssia could relate to that... she had her own secrets after all.

Another elf stood loitering by the palace gardens, she'd missed this one earlier, had he been there all along?

She had never even heard of all these races in her life, let alone seen them together and she was now anxious for events to transpire... but what would she do now? Or what would they do now? Only time would tell... she let her gaze drop, focussing once again, on Urka and his cold, jaded eyes.

OOC: Wow, that sent a chill up my spine... :S

"I.. a.. am", Alyssia nodded, face expressionless.
"I couldn't go home, even if I wanted to", she continued, tears threatening.
Reaching out with her right hand, she made to touch the boy but stopped a finger-length away, but instead brought her hand up to the stolen tunic's torn sleeve and pulled. Revealing a dark stain upon the pale skin of her left arm, her Sho'ka.
"A mark of shame...", she explained.
Turning again, to face the boy, tears now unchecked, pouring down her pretty face.
"I am banished, I can 'never' return, not now, not in two hundred years. I am lost and can never be found. No map or star will guide me home".

Suddenly, Elvor re-appeared in the courtyard.
"The council has been informed of what happened to all of you, and me, in that village."
He said out loud.
"I am sorry for leaving so swiftly before, but this is a very urgent situation."
He looked around at the people in the courtyard (i suppose that's where you are atm. :S)
"If any of you need something, or have any questions, ask me.
I am, to say it simply, the highest authority you will find on Inkita just below the great lord of the sea.
So if you have any problems, tell me."
He pondered something for a few seconds, then said
"I also want all of you to come talk with me in my office tomorrow morning.
You have all been involved in something huge, even though you might not want to.
I have to talk this whole matter through with you."

OOC: heh... it actually fits quite well that Elvor too is unaware of the recent RP events. :p

 yup, that's the place.

It actually does :xxd: the sign of a fluid roleplay

IC: Alyssia looked up and quickly wiped the tears from her eyes. "Uh.. yes, sleep? food?", she stammered, trying to keep her voice steady, her mind still overrun with emotion.

Elvor looked like he was about to slam his palm very hard into his forehead.
"Food! I forgot to put out food!"
He shakes his head, then walks into the palace.
And a few minutes and alot of strange sounds later he returns.
"There. There's food in the dining room now.
I also set out alot of fruit baskets."

Alyssia smiled warmly, "Thankyou, most kind".
"Urka, your hungry? Come, before Shurga eat all", she whispered gently, helping the boy to stand and glancing playfully at the Ramorughaur, who surprisingly, didn't seem to have heard.
As she and the boy walked past Elvor, she muttered under her breath, "Speak, we must. Alone".

Kryn was lying in his temporary room, trying to sleep. The cut he had made to cast his spells ached, his belly cried out for food, and his scales itched, signaling a molt coming soon, chasing sleep away every time it came close.
He flicked his tongue out absentmindedly, purely out of habit, and immediately snapped awake. He had smelled food coming from one of the nearby rooms, and hadn't Elvor said to make themselves at home?
Despite the fact that he would have to deal with terrified, screaming and perhaps hostile servants, the thought of an actual meal after living off raw animals (which snakes could do with no problem, although his human taste buds rebelled at every bite) drove him on. Kryn entered the hallway outside the room he had claimed, once again tasted the air, and traveled off in the direction of the meal being laid out.

OOC:
Does anyone know about the sleeping habits of reptiles? I tried to find out on Wikipedia, but I couldn't find anything about the sleeping habits of snakes or reptiles in general. I'd like that bit of information, if anyone has it.
