There are 2 maps. One Melee with the AI from the base game and the original for PvP.
While the other map has a more challenging AI and 4 new Tavern heroes.


Map Description:
The Halls of Atonement were a tribute to Revendreth's mission. While the halls rang with suffering and sin, it was all directed to redeeming the souls and keeping them from falling into the Maw.

Description: The Lord Chamberlain climbed steadily and mercilessly through the ranks of venthyr society, becoming a Harvester by aiding in the capture of the rebellious Accuser. Now he rules the Accuser's halls, hoarding anima and turning the sacred process of atonement to his own deviant purposes.
Gold Cost: 625.
Lumber Cost: 100.
Food Cost: 7.

Abilities
- Erupting Torment:
Lord Chamberlain repels all nearby Players directly away from him, inflicting X Physical damage and knocking back anyone in its path.
- Unleashed Suffering: Lord Chamberlain unleashes a wave of anima, inflicting X Shadow damage to all players in a cone in front of him.
- Soul Flay: Lord Chamberlain absorbs the life essence of a target enemy unit by taking X hit points from it and giving them to the caster.
- Chamberlain's Chorus: The anima flows through the Lord Chamberlain, causing its attacks to splash onto other nearby targets.

Description: The mighty stoneborn known as Echelon has always held outsiders, especially mortals, in contempt. He watched the Halls of Atonement from the sky and will crush any who attempt to transgress the threshold.

Abilities
- Stone Shattering Leap:
Echelon shatters the earth around him, dealing X damage to nearby enemy land units and stunning them for X seconds.
- Sleep: Puts a target enemy unit to sleep. A sleeping unit can be awoken by attacking it.
- Hurl Boulder: A magical boulder that is thrown at an enemy unit, causing X points of damage and stunning the target for X seconds.
- Stone Call: Creates a swarm of angry Undying Stonefiend that bite and tear at nearby enemy units. As they chew the enemy flesh, they convert it into a substance that restores hit points to the Stoneborn when they return. Pierces spell immunity. Lasts X seconds.

Description: Many venthyr consider the torment of their charges and the extraction of sins and anima their sacred duty. The creature known as Executor Torvald being set as warden and allowed to take its sick pleasure in torturing the prisoners here shows the depravity Revendreth has fallen to.

Abilities
- Castigate:
Executor Tarvold torments a player inflicting X Shadow damage.
- Coalesce Manifestation: Executor Tarvold unleashes an imprisoned Fleeting Manifestation.
- Sintouched Anima: Executor Tarvold creates an orb of anima that orbits the prison. Touching an orb inflicts X Shadow damage and hurling enemy ground units into the air in their wake.
- Residue: Travold creating a pool of raw sin. Standing within the pool inflicts X% of its max hit points per second.

Description: Sinstones are meant to be inert records of past transgressions. The machinations of the depraved venthyr have allowed Halkias, a massive golem, to grow from the power of neglected sinstones. The Lord Chamberlain's forces have struggle to contain it, splitting its anima across multiple sinstone golem shards.

Food Cost: 7.

Abilities
- Heave Debris:
Halkias hurls a chunk of debris at a random player inflicting X Physical damage to player of the impact and all players around him. The impact of Heave Debris leaves behind Glass Shards. dealing X damage per second to the primary target and dealing slightly less damage to nearby targets for X seconds.
- Refracted Sinlight: Halkias emits powerful beams of refracted Sinlight from his four windows hitting up to X enemy units for X Shadow damage.
- Crumbling Slam:
Gives a X% chance that an attack will deal X damage to nearby units.
- Earthquake: Makes the ground tremble and break, causing X damage per second to buildings and slowing units by X% within the area of effect. Lasts X seconds.

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.

The concept is nice. However the melee part is a bit strangled: many narrow paths, blocked ones by creeps, mines too near, little building space. There's some space between trees where small units could if in.
Dragon Roosts and fountains are quite controversial in melee/ladder and in here they are so close to each other.
Terrain is quite flat.
The idea is good but the execution leaves to be desired in terms of melee and the game's pathing problems.
