Well, it does look weird when headhunter is attacking melee units. He kinda dives through them.

This is not a worse example,its not same as original, a bit annoying i must say , but still standable

The worst example is regular attacking with 2 hands with axe with hands almost to the ground, with feet in front moving each attack. Its wow alike anim for RPG third view camera game, very annoying, and those kind of animation shouldnt be regular attack, maybe as a spell .

I hope they will not do those stuff cause it doesnt exist anywhere in wc3

And the way that headhunter holds the spear is pretty strange and impractical. Why hold it over his head while walking/standing?

You'd really see how weird it is in the cutscene angles. Besides, it would just tire him out for no reason if we're looking at it that way.

The vanilla headhunter has it slightly above shoulder while walking, and it's rested on it while he's idle.
 
Reforge will be an amazing MOD made by asian brothers, and nearly a new game cause it has nothing to do with a remastering of wc3.

Cause there is 1 trilion thing people are right . They could at list give us official survey, or give us a hint that survey guys are secret blizz agent.

Instead of causing warcraft 4 among us, on obvious thing that everybody see, they could offer some solution. Do you think they read anymore,did you see how Reforge forums look a like ? Feminism in wc3, Bible, remove undeads from Reforge - its cause ppl are just mad and 90% of them dont know explain WHY in argues between us. Then comes a fake ego, arguing 10 post about 1 specific thing flooding threads etc xD.

So get used to those shity anims copy-pasted from wow....They will pay new actors from WOW even survey says we dont want it, and they didnt tell us they will go wc3 alike anims from stratch to blend it with high polly models. Cause those things cost man.

Blizzards wants best for you and they love you, more than you imagine. If you accept them as your personal saviour without questioning them, you wil enter a kingdom of heaven.

So if you waited 15 years and think its can be done better in 2019 year for a game that its basis ALREADY EXIST so they dont ahve to invent everything, no m8 YOU DONT HAVE A RIGHT TO ASK THINGS.

IF YOU DONT LIKE REFORGE (my favourite sentence): You can always play classic warcraft 3 :)

I'm a bit disappointed with the new look, I was honestly hoping for something a bit more along the styles of the Alterac Valley style in Heroes of the Storm. Hoping all the other features get patches through to original WC3.

Please again can you be more specific,you want maps/terrain to be more complex with more doodads and assets to look like Valley or you want units for Reforged like cartoon grunt from that map ?

Cause generalasing those things might cause a war. The one who hate cartoon will attack you. The one who like cartoon will support you. Some people who think you said it like overal general look of Alterac will maybe support you , and there are people who generally hate HOTS.

There are people who will understand your things from your post from their perspective only.

There are people who dont even understand what you wanted to say cause of lack of intelect .

But still i think yous hould provide more info

Which things you want it to be Alterac alike for Reforged ?

HotS and reforged for me. Reforged model needs more polish, I think they need to give all units a final pass. The shadows lack color or their normal maps are too strong on wrinkles that it looks too noisy and eye-catching.

I cant stop staring at Uther amd Blademasters foreheads.

Reforged ofcourse BUT I hate the design of Arthas they should stick with WC III design which is now present with BFA and current canon look for him

Imo WoW Arthas is way cartoony but better conceptually done, and Reforged one conceptually not done great,and its 2 rusty.

MAtheus S.Machiado is kinda same conceptual with Reforged , but imo way cleaner and better.

Anyone else?

The Matheus one (non reforged one) is not rendered in game engine and also it is not looking like metal it looks alot more like a concept art instead of a 3d model, while reforged one looks like metal and has got the feeling that it is worn which is nice, but again concept is bad so both models can go to 'fanmade skin' section, not for reforged

You know what ? All of you who dont like Reforged, and my favourite amazing asian studio :

You can always switch to warcraft 3 classic (no critics allowed)

If you dont like it, you can always stick to classic judaism.
People have a right to their opinion which in this case comes with constructive criticism while you're seeing things through lousy salesman eyes.

Nobody cares if your grandma works with that studio, you know. You just don't tell people what to do, m'kay?

Chill Deeps, Kantarion was being sarcastic X'D, btw, i'm not against reforged, neither against the overall aesthetic, but i think they can make it less 3D-anime-ish, i mean, damn, i was really hoping to see the old Samwise art style reflected on this remake (Samwise was my biggest inspiration when i started making wc3 fan arts and sketches).

Edit.: @YourArthas agree! i mean, the concept art of Arthas from reforged looks really great! hope they stick to it, just a few tweaks, and voila!

I am kinda frustrated cause, i cant find a time to write a long criticism over reforged and want stay objective (kinda collect all feedback of community i agree totally too)

So i poke and troll alot lately . Also i admit i am afraid cause a very amount of people complain about things , and they got only less than 6 months for beta...

Also i am not a racist i swear, but however i found some typical asian things in reforge . Its nothing wrong from their perspective (but kinda wrong to overdose in wc3) cause their centrar cultural shape is round, and west civilisation and its source europe is more like squares,pentagons,hexagons and such a things .

Also christian crusade militia shield is how they imagine a light armor soldier for a foreign game . This has nothing to do with racism, its just i totally can see all those things trough them, and they are kinda even funny to me in a concerning way.

Cause wc3 was never a christian,buddhist or any religious type of game to put it directly on the shield xD . Also footman sign on shield is weird ? Whats that

Anyway : IF YOU DONT LIKE REFORGE , YOU CAN ALWAYS PLAY CLASSIC ! HA!

Sorry i cant stop repeating that sentence in my head. It literally frustrated me for the rest of my life , i saw those bots installed immidiately after reforged was out not allowing people to express their feelings,criticize a game cause they waited 15 fuckign years for this moment, and some bot come and tell you that sentence xD

I guess matrix has overtook me, my name now is Agent Smith, we are replicating too fast, like mr KingOmlette on blizz forums.Amazing, a 100% artificial intelligence on internet always to eat what blizz poo and confront on every objective critic.

I am not a racist, but what if he is MalayAsian ? Just saying.

I would like to suggest a few changes to game Audio Settings and Sound Options to be implemented in future patches of Warcraft 3 and Warcraft 3 Reforged:


There are currently (version 1.30.2) no options to separately regulate the different game sounds volume levels.

Game sounds could be grouped as follows:

-------------------------------------

1. Notifications and Responses:

* Game Voice Notifications (resource notifications / base and combat event notifications) - no option to turn On/Off separately. Basically these are On if Game Sounds are on (Master Volume).

* Unit Responses / Unit Speech (can be turned On/Off, but if turned Off players no longer receive notifications when building/training units - this could be added to Building sounds or as separate option)

* Building Sounds - (can be turned On/Off, provides notification for research, but not for trained units)


2. In Game Sounds:

* Ambient sounds,
* Environmental effects,
* Movement sounds

* Game Combat Sounds
* Unit Ability sounds


3. Game Music (regulated separately)

Additional Checkbox options and Sliders in Sound Options to separately regulate some or all of the sound types could improve game audio:

All In Game sounds categories (1. Notifications and Responses and 2. In Game sounds ) are all at once affected by the game Master Volume (Game Sounds volume).

However in game there is a difference in their volume levels and it happens that the overall volume level of the Unit/Hero Speech and Game Voice Notifications is around 150% compared to In Game Sounds (combat sounds, ambient sounds, environmental effects, movement sounds and ability sounds etc.).

As Speech and Voice notifications override the rest of the game sounds - they affect game atmosphere since they occur all the time throughout the game during unit control.

Normally each Unit/Hero repeats 2 or 3 default phrases for Select/Action - which gets repeated throughout the whole game while overriding other game sounds in terms of volume (a few additional response variations per Unit/Hero could also improve game audio if added to the default responses).


This is especially noticeable when instead of a headset, for example an audio system with Subwoofer is used.



Currently in order to be able to hear In Game sounds properly due to high Hero/Unit Speech volume (and still not have too high Speech volume) - players have 2 options:

1. Either to lower game Master volume (In Game sounds will have even lower volume in this way).

or

2. Turn off Unit Responses (and Unit Speech) completely (unable to get notifications for new units built/trained).


Turning off the Unit Responses option - all game ambient, weather sounds, movement sounds and combat sounds can now be heard at 100% - the in game atmosphere can now be heard better and even allows overall game Master volume to be increased by the player (overall game audio is more quiet now).

The Voice Notifications (resource notifications / base and combat event notifications) in this mode are still On however and still have higher volume (around 150%) than other In Game sounds. An option could be added to turn Game Voice Notifications On/Off with a separate checkbox and also a slider to regulate the volume.


Unit Responses are essential to gameplay - especially for melee gameplay, where players need to have the Unit building/training sounds On (unit training complete) upgrade sounds etc. If Unit Responses is turned Off completely - with no sound notification for new units that are built - this impacts melee gameplay significantly.


If possible an option to separately turn On/Off for Unit Responses/Speech, Unit Training Sounds and Voice Notifications (even set separate volume levels via sliders) would be very useful.
Volumes of Unit Speech/Responses, Training sounds and Voice notifications could be regulated separately in Sound Settings to allow the rest of the game sounds to be properly heard.


For example for every checkbox in the sound Options menu - there could be a slider to regulate the volume separately:
Unit Responses; Building Sounds, Ambient sounds; Game sounds (Combat and Ability sounds); Weather Effects, Music As well as Master Volume that would affect all settings.

In this way players can customize the game audio to better hear the combat, movement and ambient sounds, while still have the Building Sounds, Unit Training Notifications, Unit/Hero Responses and Speech On, but with slightly lower volume.


Alternatively - trained units notifications could be included to Building Sounds - sound notifications when a new unit is built could occur as notifications for Building/Research complete.

Unit Responses option in Sound Options could be changed to turn On/Off only Unit Speech (only when a unit is selected and commands are issued) - not affecting new trained units.



Additional Unit sounds:

Movement sounds:
Currently only some unit types have specific footsteps effects. Smaller units and some Hero types do not have footsteps effects on different terrain.
In water areas all units have footstep effect.
Additional footsteps effects could be added for all units and also filters could be implemented for different terrain types:
Dirt / Grass / Snow / Desert / Stone etc.



Additional sound effect presets could be implemented (could be optional, possibly player customizable):
* for Hero/Unit/Item Auras (different sound effects)
* for buildings (ambient building sounds or sound effects when a building is producing units)
* for units like the Orc Kodo Beast (different rhythm patterns or drum pitch options)



Optional Visual Effects:

Additional visual effects related to Unit Health - similar to the building damage effect.


Options for in game toggle of Show Unit Health Bars
Using shortcuts that would allow to toggle different Health Bars of units On/Off in game - without having to switch to Game Menu (for example Ctrl+[ for allied units // Ctrl+] for enemy units and another shortcut for all units). Currently this can be used when pressing ALT for all, [ for allied and ] for enemy units, but there is no option to toggle the settings using a shortcut as for example turning On/Off Sound (Ctrl+S) and Music (Ctrl+M).

Using ,,a lot of hate,, for different opinion is kinda dictatorship, a fake George Soros democracy. People are waiting this game 15 years and they got an absolutely right to express their feelings, and they will probably pay for the product, and in many cases they do not know express it very well, but an inteligent people will understand it and not sticking to ,,asian,, words, just because they do not know explain.
And maybe their native language is not english, so theres also 1 barrier.

Maybe the more accurate term is anime face, which is usually massively seen in asian alike games.

There is nothing morraly wrong asian people imagine humans like that, cause they grew up with that style, also portraiting a round shape alot for structures.

It is therir culture, and i understand it .

I would compairing it with western europian depicting Jesus Christ as a white man. Why? When we know Hebrews werent white color skinned. Cause its Europe.

Did you ever seen far east people depicting Asian alike Jesus ? Yes, i did. Its normal thing. But both are just not accurate at all.

Should we call them anit-semite or racists , and give them an ethicete of racism.Is it hatred,nope. Ofc not!

Wc3 is not christian crusade (militia shield) culture or asian culture (pandaria alike roofs in city houses and some human building roofs)

I'm not talking about all the models, some of them looks straight taken from the BfA Warfronts mode (like the headhunters and grunts), and i'm not saying is bad either, i guess your tired of the negative criticis / feedback, this is not hate, i love that they're remastering the game, but that's my perception since i saw the first preview, and now that i see that it's a philipine studio the ones that are making it, well :v. I do hope they improve the aesthetics, improve, not remake or throw away all they're hard job and remake everything from scratch, wich is, what i asume, that you believe i'm suggesting X'D also, if you don't like reading comments on a internet forum , you can always change to real life ♥

All I want is:
Change her face and hair like (image2).
Change her dress and gloves like (image3).
Add skirt for pants like (image4).
Add glove for left hand and make some shoes like gloves.
Do not add the holder near neck (image3), added over shoulder.

If our art is number 1, then:
