It's been years since i uploaded here in maps section, today i present to you my Brood War Terrain Map/Scenery. This is actually one of the few classic maps i made, originally made back in 2013 after i took/ported the textures from Starcraft Brood War. There are already people who used these tilesets i used here before i uploaded this, it's just that i uploaded this late. The original plan is to actually make alot of Starcraft I inpired melee maps, with different themes aswell (Space, Ruins etc.) just like in Starcraft I, unfortunately i got lazy, i never got to port the space and the ruins tiles, and this map got dusted deep in my folders for years until today. I made a slight revision with the map today, i added grasses and new tiles. This map is meant to be the base template where i can make different layouts using the same tilesets, then upload it, but i am as lazy as heck therefore i never got to make different map layouts. Ofcourse you are free to upload your version too if you want. Update: I made a major update with the map, it is now set to desert, and i also added doodads that fit with the landscape. Credit abriko for his Starcraft Acathla Assets i've used and killst4r for the Terrain Units pre-placed in the map. | |||||||||

There is nothing special about the terrain, and it's small too but that would be missing the point. From this you can make your own Badlands StarCraft maps.
Really, a shame that there aren't any StarCraft Badlands doodads.

- A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
- A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
- Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.
