Old Burdens v.1.2

This is the map "Old Burdens",
The map is evenly mirrored and contains 2 stores, 1 marked place, 2 Ashenvale merc camps, 4 gold mines, and a fountain of life.
There are 6 green and 5 yellow creep camps on each side and 3 red ones between the two bases.
The map offers 2 large open areas in the middle and top of the map and some narrow paths on each side.

Version 1.1 Edit:
  • Removed the creep status at the gold mine
  • Set the bases a bit further apart and adjusted the trees next to them
  • Changed the Fel Orc Worker to the Lvl. 1 Satyr
  • Changed one of the +6 Permas to a Health Stone at the marketplace
  • Added some Screenshots

Version 1.2 Edit:
  • Changed many creeps to lower the amount of chaos damage
  • Changed some creep camp levels up by 1-2 level
  • Level 10 and 12 creep camp drop now more suiting items
- Bonus: There is now an edition with specific Items and one with standard random items.

Rush path is there. Could make the way to the enemy either longer or with some peril for the workers. Fel Peons or any worker as neutral hostile units doesn't make sense damage-wise, unless the plan is to Charm or possess the worker and start building...
  1. Rush path is there. Could make the way to the enemy either longer or with some peril for the workers.
  2. Fel Peons or any worker as neutral hostile units doesn't make sense damage-wise, unless the plan is to Charm or possess the worker and start building Chaos Orc material.
  3. A lot of Chaos Attack Type creep camps which might be inconvenient in the long run.
  4. The Orc Warchief while looking nice had its stats only properly modified in the first Human mission of RoC while in the editor remained weak, HP 340 and damage 4-18.
  5. Two Boots of Quel'Thalas on the Marketplace camp is a bit overkill.
  6. The fountain might compensate for the chaos creeps but could become a focus point orienting the gameplay around it.

Nice concepts but have to be properly tested in the melee scene both for the balance aspect and fun factor.

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.

Thanks for the review and comment, man. I've looked into what I can and need to change.
I think a few things should be better now. I still want the Orc Warchief, he's a little silly.
But anyway, the updated stuff is in the description.
