... There can not be a fleet that covers the entire system -.- Not even the Chozo fleets (which are pretty big) can cover the entire system -.- That'd be several trillion ships. -.- Not even if you captured entire fleets could you even come close to half a system! Just don't do that ok? -.- I can imagine a few hundred ships, but not 60 trillion + (60,000,000,000,000 is 60 trillion -.-) I will not permit this farce of a fleet -.-
IC: "Give me a moment, to discuss this North'throdir presence in my systems without my knowledge." And the channel was put on standby. The Commander flinched. He knew what was coming, as the Admiral appeared on his screen, and the communications on the planet came to life. "Now, Commander, what is this about the North'thro- YOU!" He said, seeing the leader of the North'throdir, "You. Your ships attacked my flagship when I aided another race against a very alien presence! What are you doing in my territory? And why, Commander, was I not informed of this?!" The Admiral was furious.
With caution and nervousness evident, the Commander spoke, "Well, sir, I actually did send it to you, but once I did, reports of strange activities started popping up about other races. That was about a week ago." Silence filled the room on both sides of the communication link. "So, you are saying I became to busy to learn about these North'throdir?" He did not seem happy at all, and had an aggitated expression.
A pause, and finally, "Yes, sir." The Commander was very nervous about facing the Admiral, as he knew just how close to death he was, whether militarily, or by the Holis. "Sir, if I may, The North'throdir have been rather kind and peaceful since they took shelter here on the planet. Just recently, The leader of the North'throdir informed me about the Holis, sir. He said that they had been turned, led to darkness. I think they have been corrupted, sir." "Corrupted?" "Yes, sir. And the North'throdir speak of an artifact that would help the Holis to be purified, and thus, the leader of their fleet wanted to speak with you."
With this, the Admiral was silent, thinking, thinking of the losses they would take by helping the North'throdir, and what could happen if they aided the Holis by giving them North'throdir prisoners. "Fine, you have ten minutes." And he paused the communications channel to inform the Holis of the 10 minutes he was giving the North'throdir to speak, whatever good it might do.
Unpausing the screen, he said, staring the North'throdir down, "Begin."
OOC: Sol, that's your cue

Convince the Admiral to sacrifice a planet, or give hostages slowly (transports) or even tell the location/description of the artifact, and have the Chozo find it. Whatever it is, you had better convince the Admiral well.

He really wants to be allies with the Holis

But do remember the past history he has with the North'throdir
