The construction drones were halfway through with building the space station. Kel'Nka was sitting peacefully in the center that has been finished already. It had oxygen inside. He watched the progress of the space station through a window and he watched every little detail being put into it.

IC: Finally, construction on the station was complete. As the construction drones and supplies were withdrawn the vast station stood along. As the power initiated, initial tests were completed, and all personell were evacuated. A massive dashed circle appear, encompasing one side of the station. It was a massive ring, a halo. And as the blue lights, the engines glew brightly, the glow completed the ring, and the station entered subspace, to begin its mission.

OOC: Hooray for giant halos capable of traveling through subspace to other systems! :p And you WILL see what it can do XD I guarentee that XD And no, it's not godmodding XD

OOC: Can we please keep away of the INSTA GOANYWHEREWEWANT MACHINES And even if it was an accident its still next to impossible even if you had a ultra rare natural stable wormhole.

OOC: yes, I don't lke the "bypass all your border defenses" that people seem to have. D:

And now, for the station's first entry into another system :3

IC: The station drops out of subspace into another CHozo system. checkups by ships waiting for its safe arrival began checks on the system and hull integrity. The station was cleared when the engines cooled down, and soon was back in subspace, traveling to the next system on its journey.

OOC: My subspace technology, for example, allows me to traveling in a link of nodes, thus allowing me to reach my destination. My technology cannot make a ship bypass multiple nodes, and thus get anywhere I want, whenever I want. Instead, I ahve a oneway Supergate that allows me to send in ships to bypass the nodes. But, the problem with this is that its a long way home, having to "walk" back to Chozo space. With this super gate, it gives the oppertunity to be stranded in a cut-off system where a node collapsed or never existed. If invading those that attacked me, then I have to fight all their blockades, and ships running to whichever system I attacked in retalliation :p So, I have made my subspace technology, even the Supergate, unable to be godmodded :p Also, only Chozo stations can use the Supergates, as special commands and a DNA scan (living) are required to activate and control the gate. And, everything is in Chozo, with secret passwords being in an "ancient" Chozo dialect. (last homeworld had a variation of the language, which is being used for these codes) This variation of the Chozo dialect is no longer spoken among the populace, and has been used by the military, though records do hold the language. (dictionaries too!) So, it won't be a language forgotten from history.

In short: Gate's are one way unless linked to eachother. Any travel is between systems in a chain, rather than a straight jump to the destination. (Though, being in CHozo territory, I will use the gates to get to my target in one jump. Artificial node hijacking other nodes, simply splicing it in till the ships travel through.

OOC: Another great depression! Sounds like fun! :D (no, not really -.-)

IC: Again, the station enters another system. Again it enters subspace. Finally it had reached the end of Chozo space. And, for the first time in its history, it would step beyond Chozo space, and into an unfamiliar world.

OOC: Who'd like to host the station? :3 It'll be a good guest, I swear! XD

OOC: lol The party will be short. :p It'll be nearly done with its job there by the time they got it cleared up for it to orbit XD. :p

IC: Eventually, it entered Ner'Gulth space. Coming to a stop nearby a planet. (whatever forces you want, you can use them :p No one will reconize it as Chozo at the first few glances :p) Soon, having picked a location, the station begind scanning its targetted area.

OOC: Rofl It doesn't have the firepower XD It don't think it could even destroy a warship! XD

IC: All remained silent. Scanning continued on the designated section of the planet. (about 50 miles :p (roughly 9 km)) No signs of response was given, as the sun shone upon the metallic surface of the Halo.

IC:The scanning had been finished. Now, all was silent. The ring, unmoving. Suddenly, the engines came to life, and energy levels rose around the engines section (they may not know its engines :p) As the massive ring began to increase in speed, it slowly headed towards the opposing ships. Except for the now steady energy levels at the back of the station, everything was normal. Yet still, the ring came, pushing faster and faster, steadily crawling towards the ships.

OOC: It IS the size of the rings in Halo. :p And similar in design :p

I sense its gonna be shot at D:

It was several days after "The moving" as they have begun calling it, and the economy in the system was going down, as no more outside trade was being supplied, the only trade that was in the system was the supplies comming from the second system, which luckily remained unchanged and fully able to trade, many of the production plants were moved to the second system, for it was much more productive, and so, the first system had more room for food production, which would greatly increase the comfort of the planet.

OOC Dont worry, I'll go easy on it lol, unless simple cannons can harm it.

IC The commander nodded as he saw the ring coming closer, the crew went to their battle stations as cannons exited the ship, when they got far enough out, it could aim, the doors shut, keeping it from moving. The cannons aimed at the ring and began to fire.

Finally the ring came to an fast speed of 40 km and held steady. As it charged the ships, a rumbling could be noticed on the ships. For, in front of the ships, a massive portal opened. It was subspace. And as the subspace portal grew in size, spreading across space, the station entered, unseen by the Nur'Gulth, (Subpace portal was in your faces XD) and disappeared as the portal collapsed upon itself, its thundering eccho moving through the ships.

OOC: Its of Chozo design! XD They build good hulls XD

OOC: ... Bump D:

IC: The station moved through subspace, and soon appears at another world in the Nur'Gulth territory. Its scanners began working, picking a location. Again, the station began scanning, this time a mountain range.

OOC: Maybe this time, they can board it XD Well, once they figure out what it is XD

OOC: Well, I'm going to have my FTL engine be completed, Else I can't do sh*t >.<)

IC: Kamica's ship just has been outfitted with the new Faster than Light engine and special plating and emitters to allow it, several engineers extra were put on the ship, the first faster than light mission they had to do, was fly from one wormhole station to the next, which shouldn't be that much of a problem, since a wormhole station is placed in each 'protected' system

OOC: A protected system, is a star system inhabited by races with a lesser tech-level that has an agreement with the Koldir Empire, and will help get resources in change for protection and usage of the Wormhole stations)

IC: "Okay Mapai, engage faster than light travel to these coördinates" Kamica said, the AI had started to replace bridge crewmembers slowly, since working on a ship had become much less popular since the destruction of most of the fleet.
The ship started to accellerate to near light speed, then suddenly a massive jolt could be felt throughout the ship after which it kept shaking quite heavily "Mapai, system report" "All systems functioning correctly" "Understood" a black and white tunnel could be seen on the viewscreens "now... this is most fascinating isn't it?" Kamica said "It surely is" Mapai responded "This must be... well.. what shall we call it sir?" "Uuhm... The White fire Lane?" "Hmm.. sounds interresting enough, by the way, we're about to leave the White fire Lane sir" then suddenly, expecting a jolt, the ship actualy flowed smoothely out of the faster than light travel and were only a single megameter removed from their destination "Hmm... I can get used to this..., send a message back of our succes Mapai" "Aye sir"

IC: The station did nothing as the pods continued to close in. The station evidently had hangerbays, but the designers was sure that the thick nano-steel hull would remain intact after a collision with any obstacles. But that didn't mean it couldn't be damaged. The scanning continued as the station now loomed over the pods.

OOC: I know what your doing, but your men are going to be very disappointed XD rofl. Perhaps this could change the view of the Chozo, from their devestating knowledge of war? :p Or, perhaps it will simply improve their combat strategies and training in different climates, etc. :p

Don't worry about bashing it up a bit upon impact. :p TYhe station can take care of itself, though its excuse for weapons isn't too impressive XD (Very small aray of common anti-ship weapons, if the station is under attack. Now, inside the ship... well, I'm sure someone will find out one day XD)

OOC: It could be used as a special operations center for if you need special types of soldiers.

IC: The pods hit the station dead on. Cracks appeared and steam was let out as the doors burst open as soldiers rushed out. They took a look around with helmets on supplied with oxygen.

The hallway was metallic. With thick beams along the hallway every 50 feet, thelight grey walls were lined with glowing blue lights, dashes, along the top and bottom. The doors were of a lighter color than the walls, but the beams and framework of the doors were a dull dark grey. Brightly lit from the lights above, (standard white lights. blue is just decorational and status) the hall went on, out of sight as far as the eye could see. (the gravity plating would make the inside of the halo as the floor, leaving the outside being the roof) Other than the quiet humming of tthe machinery that made the majority of the station, the hall was dead silent.

OOC: I can't get over what our doing Kamica. It seems your jumping from the middle of the universe to the edge in a few minutes. Then later you jumped from the edge to the middle in a few more minutes. Even with wormholes or FTL travel it seems improbable.

OOC: FTL does not mean teleportation, or instant travel. Even bending space with subspace tunnels to reach a destination safely takes a few hours, or minutes depending on the distance. A few minutes within a system, not requiring an actual tunnel to be used, but making a tiny thread temporarily, while trans-system (through nodes) transportation takes hours. Even the rifts that the Holis used would take a while. So no, no one can reach their distanced destination quickly. Especially from the middle of the arm of a galaxy, to the edge. It took the Chozo months (albiet they were searching for a home planet to call theirs)

The soldiers looked at each other as the bigger five pods remained shut (Mechs). A few of the soldiers took off to take a look around as the rest stayed to prepare the mechs.

OOC: I havez an awsome idea for a halo ring. Anyone ever play Lost Planet? I was thinking that a ring wind up having thousands of those creatures on it. Also, if you ever looked at all the halo rings, couldnt you like put them together... and it make a world. Cause soem of the rings are smaller than others. Putting them together kind of seems like you could create a world from it.

IC: The mechs took out some of their tools and started to work the pods open. When they did a few new mechs came out. Some with missile pods on them, some with laser cannons, and some with large turrets.

OOC: Well, there is the main hall that goes on forever in a giant circle, and there IS transportation betwee sections, on a railsystem, capable of being stopped in any section of the hall. Other than that, there are doors on either side as described. Besides, I thought you got into the station. The ring is large, like the ships, and thus, have multiple hallways, but there is still the main hallway. Otherwise, the other halls look just like the main hall, but lacking the rail system.

I didn't realize that you opened up on the outside of the station. Shall I correct myself with what they truly see? (As they are outside)

IC: (revised) A dark, metallic surface shined with the light from the sun, turning it into a silkvery surface. Thick grooves seperated the different plates from eachother, yet appeared fused into a single sheet. In the distance, a obvious hatch could be seen. A lighter color than the rest of the hull, the hatch was a double door that could slide open manually, if not electronically. No sign of powered machines or sections were visible on the hull, except for the faint glow eminating from the engines on the far side of the ring. (flat part, not the curved outer area of the ring)

OOC: still think the halls are a bit small for the mechs. :/ Though, they might be able to fit in the standard hallways we see in life :/ So, I guess the station's halls are large, like corporate hallways (or government buildings :/)

IC: A faint high-pitched sound is heard, almost a whirring as it continues endlessly, and quickly approaching.

OOC: You bastard lol.

IC: The soldiers look at each other and shrug. They continue on their march across the station in search of something.

Meanwhile on the Ner'Gulth homeworld. The shadows are preparing for christmas. Ner'Gulth christmas was much different than mosts. They had huge festivels instead of giving out presents, they gave each other knowledge of what happened to each other through out the year. All the Ner'Gulth go on adventures so they always have something to talk about when they get back home.

Back on the station: One of the soldier groans. "By this rate we'll never make it back in time to celebrate." one of the shadows said. "Dont worry about it, atleast this will give you something to talk about." said another. "Good point... I just want to get back before its all over." said the first as they marched on.

OOC: I see wormholes as shortcuts basicly. I see them as A to B travel saving time from the A B C travel. Whereas in galaxy jumps or other shortish distances it could reach your objective i seconds or minutes. But from the edge of the universe. I've seen theoretic estimates of the diameter of the universe. From about 78 to 93 billion light years. Take an average galaxy. 100,000 light years across to say. If it took you a reasonable amount of time. Say a day to travel all the way across the galaxy. Keep in mind that this is an astronomically inaccurate amount of time even with "wormholes" it should probably be much more. It would take you 930,000 days to travel 93 billion light years. That is about 2548 years. Therefore I think you are extremely miscalculating your time. Keep in mind a wormhole is a shortcut. It is not insta travel like aywhere in a second would be.

OOC: Galaxies are large, and I would have to agree with Gath on this. Even with an example like the Chozo's travel from another galaxy, it took them 10 years to cross the distance, all the while having forced subspace tunnels, and letting their subspace reactors cool down after weeks of managing them to keep them from overheating too much. 10 years to travel between 2 galaxies in near continuous subspace. Now, to take a system or galaxy (system is a star and its planets, while a galaxy is the mass of stars) and transport the entire thing to the edge (ever expanding sandbox basically) of the universe would take the energy (mass) of the entire universe just to move them that distance. (infinite mass as fuel) Scientifically, it wouldn't be possible. So, even moving a system through a wormhole (that would have to be ripped open to fit a system, and have enough power to maintain the structure (like stretching a shirt) would be impossible to attain, even with a massive device creating power, even one towed by a juggernaught! D: So yes, Gath is absolutely right in his statement.

OOC:... It's not even certain wether they are to the edge of the universe, the end of it, or way before the beginning..... and I just did it to isolate the home system, and in startrek by the way, they travel through wormholes in mere seconds-minutes and then they travel from the Delta to the Alpha quadrant (from one side of the galaxy to another))

OOC: yeah, well, they specified the reason as more of a teleportation :/ As well as being alien technology causing it.

IC: Meanwhile, the Admiral remained back at base, monitoring the situation with the Holis fleet. Their cloaked Wraith Squadron kept a careful eye on Holis activity, while the stranded Chozo aboard the North'throdir ship searched for the artifact that was supposed to clear this horrid mess up. Meanwhile, another section of the intellegence devision was frantically searchin for any traces of a certain species, hoping to acquire contact with them. The Chozo would need allies in this cruel, intruding galaxy, if they wanted to ensure their survival.

OOC: I just don't think moving several thousand light years or if it is to the edge of the universe billion is practically. Is there any way your system could be isolated without moving it across space.
