how the hell can i upload previews? blp files are not shown and bmp files cannot be uploaded, jpgs bug for me...

Upload the bmps to photobucket(or something similar) and link them with [ img] tags?

We judged the overall entry. If one icon has flaws it affects a part of the score.

I started doing the concept of my Banish icon. Here it is:

Well, I think I need to explain... Basically that's a wall that divides the ethereal plane with the physical, and a Night Elven hero is being sucked into the ethereal plane. (his legs are into it already)

The first one was the real concept. The alchemist throwing the potion away, but throwing accidentaly a bit at his arm, turning his arm into gold. But that may look like he being the victim...

That was the same concept i was trying to use ... oh well

The first Transmute with the half golden arm is best. It expresses the ability clearly.
For the Banish icon, I'd suggest you make thin outlines for the body. I wouldn't have seen a DH in that icon if you didn't tell me, because I couldn't recognise its head. At first sight it looked like a misshaped head with a really tall chin.
