IC: "What the hell is he doing here though? I dont trust this, he's a Hegrothian, he wears an officers cloak."
"Perhaps, but it is not our right to judge him, he is, after all, in a world of diverse creatures, like us."
Cornillius lay tattered on a dirty, slump (Is that a word?) bed. He was, however, treated for his wounds. "I say we dump him back where we found him." One man said, of the group of people standing around him. "He could be a Hegroth agent! Taking away freedom from us simple folk" another said.
One older one came to the bed side, and stared at him carefully. "Why would he cross an entire desert to get here? He couldnt have on his own will... perhaps he was part of a marching army that was ambushed, were their any corpses near by?"
"No, just a dead bear."
The old man reached for Genervo's tattered Generals Cloak, the Hegrothian Cloak is truely something to admire, of all the many crafts, the fine use of silk, leather and cotton is never used better any where else, or made with such fine skill as made with the Hegrothians... without the use of magic that is.
The Hegrothian's generals cloak is white, it is open at the front side of the hips, allowing easy access for the sword. Hard steel dipped leather pads are on the shoulders. Wonderfully decorated by fine artists, with a back round of white paint, and pictures of a Pegasus, an ancient creature of myth that Hegrothians believed to exist. By Hegrothian ancient books, we find a description of the creatures, that eemed to live thousands of years ago, dying nearly as man began inhabiting the land, it is believed Hegroth was once the homeland for these creatures.
The Cloak has the Pegasus drawings in different positions laid out in different areas of the cloak, and a large one at the back, all in blue. The breast which covers the heart, was covered in ribbons of different color patterns, tied in a strange knot. The Hegrothian symbol of great accomplisment.
"This man must have been once great..." the old man stared at the cloak.
"So what do we do with him?" One man said.
"Let him rest... i have some things to discuss when he wakes."
