Anyways, the Aviary and Farm are done. In both case, the Forsaken are confined to the lower levels while the Blood Elves hang out on the upper levels.

First building looks good, but that Draenei hut is out of place for such an elegant model. Second set looks pretty weird but okay.

Those are kinda of weird.
In the barracks thing, you could put Blood Elves towers, Naga wall and move the tend more to the center, remove the front tower, let only those two behind.
About the towers, they're ugly, you could remove the Draenei stuff, change the body to a Blood Elf tower's body, and the head, maybe a Fel Horde tower's head? there are Fel Orcs in the Illidari too.

Not really sure on the surrealism. I'm trying to experiment on making buildings with different racial themes put together.

Now that you've said it, why not add a bit more gilnean theme to the night elven buildings or vice versa because it's kinda odd seeing units come out of trees especially the flying contraption.

If you could find a dark/purple/green - ish style, these buildings could work.
Maybe you could wrap them with the ungerground doodad textur.
And at last, maybe the tower is too creative

This is just a mess. Try making them separate models with separate racial futures, but one colorcheme and style.

There's not much around of the underground texture to go around.

EDIT: I could try wrapping the Demon Gate texture around the Naga buildings. Maybe that could work.

I'm also thinking of using the Dark Portal Skin. However, I'm still brainstorming how the birth animations would go for the buildings.

It's better to build than summon, for a mix of race like that. Maybe like the orcs but with the Outland tree texture?
