The Scar-let Crusade

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.

Story
The Lich King before he claimed the throne went through a rampage in the High Elven lands,
Culminating in the end with the destruction of the Sun Well and the high elves.

Tactics
In this divided map, two player bases stand on opposite sides, connected within their alliances. The Scar cuts through the center, damaging units that enter it. Enemies spawn on either side of the Scar, adding an additional layer of challenge as you navigate the Scar.

This is my first upload to the Hive.

Very simplistic material with little custom stuff. Non-melee or at least nice looking terrain, not melee balance ready, forceful one way of conflict and judging by the game's pathing it's a real drag. Simple.

Please do not add resource assets as they will be downloaded along with the map in an archive.

A credits list in the map description with the names of the authors whose resources you've used is mandatory. That includes models, skins, icons, custom spells, systems. Also, sounds, music and everything outside this site.

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.

Simple.
I can agree with the non-custom stuff.

But what do you mean by one way of conflict? There are multiple ways. In the middle, if the levers are down, it'll open up the middle gates from each side. Don't get me wrong, not complaining. This and the other one, are quite frankly said, my first two maps. Third one is a bit better (hopefully), if played with max number of players.
