Elvor took out a woolen thread and an iron chain.
With a spell, he intertwined the two into a glowing, blue rope.
He folded it around their hands, cast a silent spell and...
An immense pain erupted in both Urak's and Alyssia's bodies, feeling the rope merge itself with their flesh.
Soon after, it was completely merged into their bodies.
"You are now confirmed as soul-sharers."
Elvor said, still with a cold voice.

"Hey!" she complained, trying to hide a grin and appear annoyed but failing to do either.
"Elvor made us one, soulbound" she continued, the word still meaningless to her.
"It feels so right, no words to describe... How I feel?" she sighed, turning to gaze in the direction the boy had taken.

Alyssia paused to think at that.
"I don't know..." she replied honestly, a frown now creasing her brow.
"I feel him, as he does me. It's hard.. To tell.. You" she finished, cocking her head to one side and gazing up at the night sky, her loose hair falling across one side.
"It's pretty" she commented, unsure on what more to say.

"On Urak?" she repeated gently, unphased by his hasty departure.
She smiled, he'd known what she meant all along.

Alyssia blinked, pulled back and lay down by the smoldering embers in the fire pit. She was still a child, a lost pup finding sanctuary with the pack of wolves. Just a girl, trying so hard to be strong, when all she really needed was something - no - someone to hold onto. Safe and secure, trying so hard to stay awake she yawned and whispered, her ice blue eyes, sparkling in the moonlight; "Urak? Can you hear me? I think... I... Love you?" she said, eyes closing, as she slowly slipped away.
