Kul-Tiras - Custom Race

This bundle is marked as lacking. It fails to meet the standard requirements and may only have minor use.
Overview

The island nation of Kul Tiras has always been defined by the sea. Forged by endless storms and battles against pirates and monsters of the deep, the Kul Tirans became unmatched sailors, shipwrights, and warriors. Under the proud banner of House Proudmoore, they command one of the greatest naval powers on Azeroth.

This custom race brings the might of Kul Tiras into Warcraft III. Players can now command fleets of disciplined soldiers, sea-born mages, and tide-touched warriors, combining human strength with the mystic power of the ocean.

The Kul Tiras army is built around durability, naval technology, and water magic. Strong infantry and spellcasters allow flexible strategies, while defensive structures and upgrades help control the battlefield.

Gameplay Style

The Kul Tiras faction emphasizes resilience, area control, and magical support. Their units are slightly slower than those of traditional human armies, but compensate with higher armor and powerful synergy between heroes and spellcasters.

The race is fully functional for melee gameplay, featuring an AI opponent that can be selected in custom games. Whether commanding them or fighting against them, players will experience a unique, sea-inspired playstyle.

Strategy

Kul Tiras armies are strongest when played methodically. Build a solid defense early, then push with upgraded units and supportive spellcasters. Heroes like the Admiral and Paladin excel at sustaining armies in prolonged fights, while the Archmage and Sea Priestess can devastate clustered enemies with powerful area spells.

Combine the Admiral’s leadership and summons with your front line’s durability to outlast opponents. Proper timing of spells such as Thunder Clap and Monsoon can completely turn the tide of battle.

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.
