Made a bunch of Thrall and Grom edits, have fun with them. Added facial movement to animations, replaced weapons, added sfx and bunch of fixes. The credits are in txt file.

Made a bunch of Thrall and Grom edits, have fun with them. Added facial movement to animations, replaced weapons, added sfx and bunch of fixes. The credits are in txt file.
It turned out great :infl_thumbs_up: ! How do you like the idea of using the updated animations of Grommash for this pack?

I need a model of an elderly high elf, but I couldn't find anything suitable. Can someone make a Furion model in the style of high elves? I think this is the most appropriate option.

Hey guys! Could use some help again. Does anyone think they could make versions of the Forest Troll Axethrower and Forest Troll Trapper models where the double attack animation is split into two anims, Attack - 1 and Attack - 2, ideally with a Stand Ready animation added as well? It always bugged me that the model looks like it throws two axes for every one attack.
 
Hello, does anyone know how to edit blp textures here? I have this High Elf version of the Sentinel and I've been trying to get the texture part of the Watcher only, I do it by cropping it out from the texture itself but I don't have any tools/materials to crop it out while also keeping it's part that makes the TC visibile...and I'm really struggling with it lol

Yes! but I was looking to keep it's Team color channels or alpha channels is what they call it..I tried cropping it but it seems like it loses it's Team color entirely

For future reference if you ever want to do this on your own, btw: You have to convert the .blp into a .BMP, specifically. Only BMPs, as far as I am aware, retain the alpha channels. You can do this either by extracting the skin and saving it as a BMP from a model viewer, or by using a tool like BLP Laboratory to convert the file directly.

Then you pop it into Photoshop or any other art program with a functionality for channels, do whatever crop or edits you need to do, save it (again, make sure it's still a .BMP!), then put the BMP through BLP Laboratory or a similar tool to convert it back into a blp.

I'm trying to extract the greenish glow from the Skeleton Mage's head to use it as a special effect on other units, but when I extract it, the animation keeps “dragging” along, so it doesn't stay static. Can anyone help me?

You could easily delete the animations in Magos' model editor and save the model as .mdl (because I remember it had some issue when saving directly to .mdx) then with Retera's to .mdx.
However, if it's a particle emitter it's a bit more tricky.

I could have tried, but thanks to Chaosium, the model works perfectly! Thank you very much.
I needed it to add the effect to the rest of the skeleton units on my map.

And yes, in Spanish, a necrophage is an organism or creature that feeds on corpses or decaying organic matter. It seems the term comes from the Greek nekros (corpse) and phagein (to eat).

Necrophage is generally a technical/scientific word used for organisms who consume dead/decaying organic matter. While the story behind the Arabic ghoul has something to do with flesh eating the Espanol translation is incorrect (rather misleading since there is no perfect translation; you don't literally or by characteristics translate pegasus for instance since it loses its flair and original meaning/representation; it also makes no sense to translate it to another language because it means anything but a flying/winged horse). By that logic the abomination should also be named necrophage.
 
Any chance someone could put together mounted versions of Tauer's Blackhand and Orgrim Doomhammer models?

For Blackhand, I'd prefer the black version of this wolf model, if possible, and for Orgrim, I'd like to use the black wolf with armor from this Thrall model.

If there could be some clear distinction between the two models in animation, like using Thrall's anims as a base for Orgrim and something more like the Raider for Blackhand, that'd be amazing, but I understand if that's asking for too much and I'll take whatever y'all can whip up! ♥
 
It always bugged me how the Chaos Warlocks didn't have proper rarity values set to their Stand animations, making them look like crazy tweakers who are constantly scratching themselves and banging their shields, lmao. Here's a pack of Ilya Alaric's Warlocks, along with a baseline version by Ujimasa_Hojo, with simple tweaks to make their Stand Animations play at frequencies more consistent with other units.

EDIT: As a bonus, I threw in my model for an Orc Overseer, which is just Ilya Alaric's Burning Blade Warlock with its staff and shield replaced with a bludgeon and buckler. I use it for an economic support unit that increases the movement speed and efficiency of peons.
