I like the idea and the model, but I do not like the animations that you've chosen, except the Defend, Attack and Stand-1 animations.
The other ones look a bit manly in my opinion.
Also, since it's a hero it needs another spell anim and not only the defending one. You could use the Stand-Victory for that tho.

how the change stand victory to spell animation? *im still new wif tat kind of stuff @@

I like what you're doing with the weapons. You create simple but uniqe wc3 looking weapons.

Your body-models could use some more work, especially the animations you chose don't really fit the heroic lady leadrin.

Just rename the animation to 'Spell' and make it non-looping.
Besides, you might want to make the 'Stand - 1' animation not non-looping. It might bug the game a little.

Nicely done, kangyun. Mesh and texture-wise, your model is a gem. The animations are rather too masculine. As it was said here, try to tweak or change them if you can - if not, well, leave her the right to be not-so-feminine. xD .. The issue again is regarding the particles. You should really spend some time figuring out how particles are done in WC3. The count is alright here, but the fact they disappear up her eyes at 255 alpha, makes them look like antennae, and they have little sense at the slight movement she does. Eye glow particles should have really short lifespan, no gravity, little speed, subtle alpha disappearing, go towards all directions, have a very high frequency, and be fixed to Model Space. If you did that tweaking, it would be great. I'll await your update. If anything, let me know.

hey, did you know that you can flip the model and anims in matrix eater? that'll make her much more accurate to the picture
how? can u teach? cause I don't hv the tools...:D

well, when you have matrix eater, and have converted the model to mdl, you open it and the controller window, in it you click a small purple tab (for bones) and check the 'show pivot points'. Then select the whole model, go to tools tab, and choose 'Mirror X' in the dropdown menu. you then save as a separate mdl, convert and test

that should be it, but for some reason, my matrix eater gives me mixed results.. so i wonder if that's because my version is old or what.. proceed with caution =P and make backups
