Green Cycle Honor TD

Introduction
This is a loop-style map that supports up to 12 players. However, don't worry if you can't gather a full 12; the monster spawn points corresponding to empty player slots will not produce any enemies.

Unlike typical green cycle maps, this map introduces a resource called "Honor". Every tower possesses its own Honor value and gains Honor whenever it deals damage. Additionally, each player has a personal Honor Pool. Honor gained from selling towers or killing Honor Bosses is added to your Honor Pool, which you can utilize using the Tower Builder's skills.

Warning: It is not advisable to share a tower's own Honor excessively, as a tower's damage scales with its Honor. However, it can be a viable option in emergencies.

The map features four modes: Normal Mode, Random Mode, Endless Mode, and Endless Mode (Random).


Normal Mode: You can build all towers normally. Total waves: 0-99.
Random Mode: You can only acquire new towers by drawing cards, and all upgrades are random. Total waves: 0-99.
Endless Mode: You can build all towers normally. After completing Wave 99, you enter Endless Mode. The game continues until you are defeated or choose to stop.
Endless Mode (Random): A combination of Endless Mode and Random Mode.


Q&A
Q: How do I upgrade my towers?
A: In both Normal and Random modes, towers have a Promote skill. Use it. If you lack the required resources, a prompt will appear. When you have sufficient resources, the tower will promote to the next level.

Q: How can I check my Honor?
A: Similarly, use a tower's "Info" skill to see its current Honor. To check your personal Honor Pool, you need to use the Tower Builder's skill.

Q: How can I see invisible enemies?
A: The shop in the center of the map sells a Gem of True Sight. Furthermore, one specific series of towers also has the ability to detect invisible enemies.

Q: Why does my tower not attack certain enemies, or deal very low damage to them?
A: Some special enemies require specific attack types to be dealt with effectively. For example, the Torll tower deals excellent damage to air units, but unfortunately, it can only target air units. Here are the required attack types for some special enemy types(Divine Armor type / Chaotic attack type)(Spectral enemies / Magic attack type)

Please note that this map requires the Reforged version of Warcraft III to play, as standard definition models for some Reforged assets were unavailable.

Seems like a nice multiplayer TD though descriptions are a bit annoying to read with the current formatting. There's some custom systems which kind of need reading in various places instead of condensing stuff for better and faster understanding of...
@letwen I've always been curious how many people are normally online in KK Battle Platform, I haven't been able to get in because, as you know, language can be a barrier.

Most players in China choose to play on the KK Battle Platform. However, since the KK platform is too commercialized, I decided not to release the map there. Regarding the number of online players—I believe that during peak times, it might even reach millions of concurrent users. For the most popular maps, you can find people playing them around the clock XD

Those are massive numbers! I'd love to get in someday; maybe I'll try next year. Thanks for the reply, your map looks great!

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.
