Good Maps

I checked out your custom races enjoyed playing them I always wanted to do the same with importing multiple custom icons, models and ui. Of course the map size plays as a factor I'm assuming that is why you give a full experience of each fraction on separate maps. FYI you can custom change the name of the race instead of telling people what race to pick before starting I know it's possible, I've seen it done before. Thanks for the credit I'm glad to see my template map is being put to good use for resources. Maybe we can bounce heads and critic each other.

Well thank you. I do try to make each race as packed with content as I can.; thus making the filesize very large. Especially for factions such as the Draenei who did not have a single model to their name in the WC3 archives.

I don't want to change the names because some people might still want to play any of the vanilla races.

You are so underrated. I quite enjoyed your maps; and they inspired me to make my custom races. mine were terrible at first, but grew better and better.

Any educated critic is always appreciated for me.

It's just a pack. So you open it, and it has those maps. I'd suggest just going to my resources and downloading the latest version of my maps there. This is not fully updated.

These are maps, put them in your maps folder.

If you want to able to utilize these races in other maps, there may be a way, however, ask the creator first.

You pretty much need to use the warcraft editor and place them in a board you want. That is if he has not locked it.

in less you mean the stories in witch case put them into map or campane folder

Glad you like them. Make sure to check out my newer races. The maps themselves are just ordinary blizzard maps.

The maps.
I added the files on the map folders but when I open WC3 it is not showing at all. I'm not sure if its an issue with my warcraft or perhaps the maps only works on reforged?

Are you using Reforged (1.35)? I'm not sure if the author did a huge update for custom factions map to be playable on the latest version of WC3.

All of the custom factions map that he made was from non-Reforged WC3 (up to 1.31). However, some of them are updated and they are only playable with 1.35 (Reforged) + legacy graphics.
Draenei map only works for 1.30.4. Scarlet Crusaders has two versions: one for 1.27 and the other for Reforged.
Be sure to check the "Recommended Version" section first before downloading the map.
Your question assumes that you have a non-Reforged version of Warcraft III, which is 1.27b or 1.31.

Glad you like 'em! The thought has crossed my mind, but the issue is; its so damn tedious to add on race into another map. Its hours and hours of monotonous work and trying to fix bugs. Maybe some time in the future, I have a map with Living Nerubians, Undead Nerubians, Ice Trolls, and Faceless Ones. As for the AI, its possible, but some of the races are more complex with base building and all, and I dont know about AI passed making a few simple campaign AIs.

You can try Ultimate Battle, but it is outdated and no longer being supported. Otherwise nothing yet.

Yes, you are correct. The map must be placed in "Documents\Warcraft III\Maps".

Do note that some of his custom race map will require the latest patch in order to play. I assume you are currently using the latest patch (the one you got from Battle.net), so that all of the custom race maps are playable.
