Valeshire

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
2 Player melee map. Symmetrical map with 6 greens, 4 oranges, and 1 red per side (north/south) with a goblin shop and lab, and 2 gold mines per side.

Version 1.1: Rebalanced loot table drops so some creeps gave items more equivalent to the difficulty of the creep camp (i.e. removed level 6 drop table from red camp, replaced with level 5)

It's nice but the flatness is real and tad square. Play more with terrain height, cliffs and doodad ornamentation. Looks more like a Warcraft II map for now. Also, proper melee naming (file and thread title) would be nice: (2)Valeshire. Simple. If...

Sadly it's not a red map... No cake for me this time then.

1. trees / doodads gap are noticeable here again. There is a bit too much going on around Lab.
2. not a reasonable position for critter I guess? Also feel like you randomly place them no symmetrical involve. (Most of the time critter were place around for Undead skelly item)

Notice note: Some might say you should be able to build or put a tree near the tavern for quick brought back. This logic is a must for Mercenary camp & Lab at some point.

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.
