For a minute or two I though this was real. Then I kept reading . But there are some good features that would be easy to add in: fans of people/resources would be good IMO, as its exactly like favorites but it shows who likes it, and pokes would be funny xD.

Heres the thing for people who are into the "this could be a good idea."

If you want a more facebook like THW, go join facebook or pay more attention to it if you already have one.
No reason to bring facebook here.

If you want to become a fan of a project, subscribe to it and post in it actually letting the creator know your into it, and not being an idle name on a page

If you want chat on every page, open chat in a new tab or someone remake Poots client for the new chat

All these "features" are pretty much already here if your not lazy about it.
