The lines on the boob are too obvious. Look at the nagas in-game, they have subtle lines and the scales are highlighted as to be noticeable. Might be hard since you're working on 256x256, I tend to work at 512x512, then resize...
EDIT: Just looked at it wrapped, it's looking good. Go over the lines with a 35% opacity brush of the skin colour, more than once if needed. Also, needs more shadows, right now it's base colour and highlights, but no shadows. As I said, use the in-game nagas as examples. Actually, notice how the Siren has smooth boobs. That might make your life easier.

This is what I've got, so far. When trying to conquer the ground, naga forces encountered civilian resistance in the very land they were trying to hold. Their sorcerers dove back to the abyss and brought to the light the product of their experiments with carnivorous fishes, a highly aggressive hound able to repress any riot, and above all able to scare to death conquered populations.

About attachments : I hope im doin it rite.

My only issue is that the eyes should be higher and meaner. They look like big puppy dog eyes to me.

    Here's unwrap!
Yes Linaze, that's what I'm afraid too.
About the eyes, in fact I made them as similar as possible as fish eyes...

Wow, I'm likin' it. Very smooth and cohesive-looking, yet also dangerous (shark-like).

You should define those scale a bit more so it would match with WC3 style and move that eye a bit higher.
Other than that it's win :) (Not so nagaish, but win anyways)

    Thanks :)
I actually thought about upsizing the scales, but looking at various reference pics (mainly pirahnas), i decided to leave them small and blended, I may give them some rework though!

Now I feel less proud about my own work, but whatever. The servers were down on WoW following the newest patch (Ulduar is out - Squeeee!) so I had some extra time today to finish it up. Behold the Naga Battle Lobster!

Yes. My brother keeps complaining about those damn servers.

Anyways, it's lovely. I think some stronger highlights on the plating might be nice.

Hey wow, Pins is still alive <3 Great texture there, love the level of detail and the whole style. Just feels like it could use a touch more tonal and colour contrast to really make it shine ingame.

Anyways, update! Just have to fill in some details here and there.

Thanks a lot for kind comments!
It's true, that fish is a bit grey and its colours ain't really warcraft3-looking... I will probably brighten and saturate him a bit!

Hey A.R. that's one hell of a kickass conversion, I'd have never thought about this!
I'm just throwing the idea out there, she actually feels like some undead naga sea witch, it could be very neat too, I think.

That's also a good skin Xatoga, it looks like a naga war or siege machine/beast. I thought about making such unit by using the night elf ancient of the wind and alphaing out a shitload of stuff, but the wrapping makes it a pain to do and I gave up.

@Xatoga, I just don't think it looks too Naga. Also you could probably do better on the red "shell"

@A.R., the Idea is brilliant, but not digging those red stripes on the "fins" cause it makes it look like a 'dress'

@Pins, It's not really saying Naga. Its good nonetheless.

@Dio, The new wings are much better, Like the couatl's. But the model choice was a tough one. Fire underwater? Strange.
