It works however the attachment model gets offset so can you move the attachment bone of the Coral Bed (Based on the Warcraft 3 Camera and how the models are positioned) a little bit Northwest and a little bit up?

It still Clips but it's not noticeable unless you zoom in.

I want an edit of the sign model "Bob's guns" from the standard warcraft models to write something different on it.

I'd like it to say " ФОРУМ " on it. If you need to write it yourself, the font is available under Language and Regions > Keyboard > Macedonian > FYROM (Standard) or just copy it from here and insert it.

Example:

Except it wouldn't be a shitty edit like mine but you'd remove the bob's guns text and insert mine instead of it.
If its not a problem, I'd like the font color to be white or gold with a red outline around it. Nothing too bulgy, just
enough so it makes the letters bolder than normal

Just Edit the PNG Pic to get what you want to write.
(Place it properly within the box that says 'By N41')

Then Convert to blp using BLP Laboratory

Import Model with any path and texture as
CityBuildingsNew_N41.blp

There you go. All animations with the tag "Lumber" use the rock instead of lumber.

OK I think I found what's wrong and fixed it, the model should work properly now. Also included with a portrait model. Next time if you need a portrait model for a simple edit of a default WC3 model, just extract the portrait model from the MPQ and rename it to [new model's name]_Portrait.mdx

You should use Mdlvis to delete entire geosets without causing the model to be corrupted.

Just an alternative you could extract the ballista portrait and replace the default texture path with the new one.

I guess so, but the default ballista is different enough for it to look a bit out of place. I'd just like a 100% fitting portrait if possible.
