EvilPepper's TD Alpha 1.60a

-EvilPepper's TD-
Last man standing FTW

Free-For-All

A 4-for-all tower defense structured as a quadrant, with enemies coming from the center of the map, heading to the opposite corner of your quadrant to take your lives! There are base rounds of units to defend against, but send additional units to increase your roundly income and destroy your opponents. Use wood to first select your race, then acquire more wood later to use in the specialty shop and/or buy an additional race to explore tower synergies.

Waves each round, important reference to utilize as units will spawn and can be sent from air, standard ground, and 2 different directions in the water. Rounds not listed are standard ground only. There is a grass line/patch showing the flight path of air units:
5- air
6 - vertical water
10 - boss
11 - ground + vertical water
14 - air
15 - ground and water vertical AND horizontal
16 - takes damage from splash towers ONLY
19 - water both directions, air, ground
20 - 2 air, ground and water bosses
21 - immune to splash towers
23 - water both directions
24 - air
28- horizontal water only and takes damage from splash towers ONLY
30 - never-ending ground wave, 5% increase in health per spawn

Can be played single player to practice against the auto-waves. Best experience with 4 players, but 2 and 3 are great fun too!

Be quick to select your race and start building, as the game starts quite quickly! I recommend hotkey'ing your race's tower builder (i.e. Shift + 1), hotkey'ing your unit sender (i.e. Shift + 2), then building some towers. Be mindful of your opponents' income as well as your own.

You start with wood to purchase your race. You will get additional wood at the first boss round, but will have to purchase additional wood with gold. Buy additional races and/or utilize the item shop for powerful uses.

A rather simple TD which could be fun in multiplayer. However, it feels incomplete and unpolished. Approved.

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.

Checked out your links! Thank you! Does my updated post suffice?

Also, I am very interested in The Grand Review Exchange! I read through the information on the link. So many of these games are 2+ players/not single player. Are people checking out these games by themselves, and giving reviews based on exploring the game as an individual, when the games are mostly multiplayer?
